About the Home

Arrowhead Point #5 is a newly renovated one level, two-bedroom, two bathroom townhome located in a forested setting close to ski-in and ski-out access to Blackcomb Mountain and also conveniently located on the free shuttle route to Whistler Village and Blackcomb Mountain.

Living Areas

The spacious living area features a cozy gas fireplace, forested views and flat screen TV, Stereo and DVD player. The upgraded fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops overlooks the dining area that seats 6 comfortably and offers sliding door access to a large patio area with BBQ and private hot tub.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The master bedroom features a king bed, spacious closet and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower and single vanity. The second bedroom features two twin bunk beds and closet. The second separate bathroom features a spacious glass-enclosed shower. There is a sofabed in the living room for extra guests.

Added Conveniences

Arrowhead Point #5 features in-suite laundry, complimentary underground parking for one vehicle and complimentary wireless internet. Please note to access the unit from the road or parking garage, one must climb up a set of 10 stairs and follow the path that leads to 2 steps down to the front door. For skiers and riders, Arrowhead Point is only 100 metres to the Lower Cruiser run on Blackcomb Mountain. Simply walk across and up Painted Cliff Road for 100 metres to access the ski trails adjacent to the Coast Blackcomb Suites and Painted Cliff units. Many intermediate skiers choose to ski home to their unit via the Home Run trail when conditions permit.

Unfortunately I broke my leg on the first day of our vacation. So I had to spend the whole week in the apartment. I had a lot time for reading, listening music or watching TV. This house had a perfect audio and video equipment! The interior was nice arranged, the wall was new painted, very elegant, and also the bathrooms were new renovated This all made it easier for me to handle my bad situation.
One point could be improved, we were a party of four people and therefore we needed enough of space for our wet ski outfits. In my opinion there weren't enough possibilities for this case.
But all over, we liked this place and we can fully recommend it! Nice stay, we plan to come again!

Great location, clean, excellent size, perfect bed configuration (loved having bunks), private hot tub. There were only two things that we missed having - an outside, locked ski storage locker and a front hall closet.

Dear Guests, Our benchmark is to stock all kitchens with enough dishes and utensils to accommodate how many people the unit will sleep plus 2 extra of each item. For instance this 2 bedroom sleeps 6, therefore the kitchen is stocked with a minimum of 8 of everything, however after a meal for 6 people you would have to wash the dished again. We realize doing dishes after each meal while on vacation is not ideal, however we hope that the convenience of a stocked kitchen and a dishwasher helps to make up for it. We found the property very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A minor problem with a blocked kitchen sink drain was dealt with as quickly as possible. A drawback with the location is the presence of tall trees surrounding the property, meaning that views are very limited.

My family and I spent the weekend at the condo and were very pleased with it. The condo was very clean, comfortable, updated and the hot tub is a nice plus. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen spacious and the two full baths were nice. The only downfall to this condo was that it was a bit of a walk to the village. Walking down to the village took about 15 minutes but the walk back was a bit of a pain just cause the condo is at a top of a hill and there isn't a shuttle that goes that far up. Other than that, great place!

Arrowhead Point is a great location to stay on Blackcomb Mountain! A sort walk to the trail to the hills and a nice cruise through the trees to find your way back. Our Condo was in great condition and would recomend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The space was ample, clean, good parking, and great access to Blackcomb (ski in/out). It is a bit of walk to the village, but the bus came regularly enough.
This is a great choice for 2 to 3 couples who are all about skiing!

We spent 1 week in whistler and wish we had a spent 2. The staff at check in were wonderful and answered all my questions. The villa itself was clean, warm and welcoming. The children loved it and it helped us get over our jet lag just by being able to cook our own meals. To either catch the free shuttle from nearby or ski down to the day lodge from the top of the street was fantastic. The villa lived up to all our expectations and we have walked away with very happy memories and will probably be booking it again next time we make the trip.

Obviously you cannot guarentee the sun but it vertainly added to out trip as we went on the Peak tp peak trip and stood n our shorts and tshirts in the snow! would deinately recommend this trip.Shops were good variety and my daughters enjoyed the sales!

Perfect location with lots of snow right outside the door for the kids to play in. Ski to the front door via Home Run and very short walk to ski out and the free shuttle. A little far if you want to walk to the village a lot, but bus was convenient. Rented kids' skis at the Coast so that was convenient too. Great value for what you get!

We loved Whistler, there was something always to do. Our stay was made even better by the accommodation, it was fantastic. The house was warm and welcoming, the kitchen had all the utencils we would ever need and the fact that we had free wifi broadband made it really easy to let our friends back home know exactly how much fun we were having :) I would most definatley come back to Whistler and most definatley would stay here again :)

The property was lovely. Clean, well furnished and much bigger than it looks on the photos. The standard of service was high, with ample fresh towels and a mid let clean and sheet change. The reception staff were great. A niggle with the hot tub was sorted out within 30 mins even though it was 7pm on a Sunday. We also had instant help when we accidentally set the fire alarm off. HINT: If you use the stove for frying you must turn on the extractor fan!
The property was well supplied with cleaning materials and things like dishwasher tablets, washing powder and rubbish sacks. My only complaint would be that the kitchen knives were very blunt and bendy and there was not enough crockery and glassware for a family.
Overall though a great stay in a quiet relaxing locaton, yet near enough to ski in and out and get into town for the evening if we wished.

We were concerned that we may not find enough to do in Whistler for a 2 week vacation, but we could not fit everything in. There is so much on offer for all of the family. Renting a townhouse was definately the right option for our family as Whistler can be very expensive. The townhouse was homely and welcoming with a hot tub and barbeque and the free bus shuttle is a big plus, though a car is essentail to get out and about. The scenery is amazing and you can definately ski in the mountains or subathe at the lovely lakes all on the same day.

Smoke alarm WAY TOO SENSITIVE! And tied into the house alarm, which is in a locked closet. Very inconvenient when it went off, but the staff at the emergency evening phone number was available and very helpful.

After months of research I found Arrowhead Point #5 with all the bells and whistles we were looking for. I was a little hesitant due to the price but once we arrived we soon realized this was an amazing deal. Private hot tub, fire place, full kitchen with great bedrooms and bathrooms (2 of them!) and only a 3 minute walk to blackcomb slopes. And I can't emphasize the value of the hot tub. We skied 13 out of 14 days and I believe the nightly soaks were the main reason this was possible. And as a bonus the staff that runs this unit are amazing. Super helpful and very quick to do what ever needed to improve your stay. Thanks to the gang at the front desk of Le Chamois! Your the best. Overall : Yep, I highly highly recomend this unit.

Minimum Age Requirement

The minimum age requirement for 4+ Bedroom units is 30 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The minimum age requirement for 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units is 25. Guests can be denied check-in if they do not meet the minimum age policy.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Summer Season - May 1 to October 31: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of rent plus tax is taken at the time of booking. The balance of your stay is automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Winter Season - November 1 to April 30: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of rent plus tax is taken at the time of booking. The balance of your stay is automatically charged 60 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and bank transfers. Payments are non-refundable once processed.

Security Deposit

A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The security deposit will be held by way of a pre-authorization on a valid credit card. Guest (s) will either be required to sign a credit card authorization slip for the amount of the security deposit or enter their PIN for CHIP enabled credit cards. Cheques will not be accepted. The Manager may capture part or all of the security deposit to cover costs for excess cleaning, property damage, missing inventory, and noise violation fines imposed by a strata or the municipality. The amount of your deposit varies depending on the property reserved; One Bedroom: $500, Two Bedroom: $1000, Three Bedroom: $1500, Three Bedroom Den and Four Bedroom: $2000, Five and Six Bedroom: $2500, Kadenwood Homes: $5000.

Extra Person Charges

Rates are based on the bedding in each property. Adults sleeping on a pull out sofa bed will incur an extra charge of $50.00 CDN per person per night plus taxes. There is no additional fee for children under 18 years of age.

Tax

In the event of tax alterations by the government, Whistler Platinum Reservations Ltd reserves the absolute right to collect the revised tax without prior notice.

Garbage

Each complex has a garbage room. It is the responsibility of the guest to remove garbage. To protect wildlife in Whistler please do not leave garbage outside.

Guest Pre Arrival Forms

Whistler Platinum must receive completed guest pre-arrival forms with requested bed configurations, number of people staying in the property and expected time of arrival a minimum of 15 days prior to arrival date, or reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Hot Tubs

Whistler Platinum ensures that all private hot tubs are maintained regularly. Guest use hot tubs at their own risk. The strata management company for the complex maintains communal hot tubs. If you experience any problems, please call our office. Occasionally, tubs may need to be shut down for maintenance. Such maintenance is unavoidable and is to protect the health of users.

Housekeeping

Your property will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival with fresh sheets, towels and amenities. For guests staying eight nights or longer a complimentary mid stay clean and linen change will be scheduled. Laundry facilities are available at all properties either in-suite or in the building. Additional housekeeping services, including daily service, can be arranged for an additional fee and subject to availability.

Internet and Telephones

Wireless Internet access and all local telephone calls are free.

Liability Disclaimer

Prices for accommodation and packages are subject to change without notice, and reservations are based on availability. The information, products, and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. In the event that accommodation or packages are listed or provided to us at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or other error in pricing information, Whistler Platinum Reservations Ltd expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. Limit of Liability

The booking guest and all members of the said guest's party (the "Guests") agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions in and about the home. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any invitees. Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfillment or breach of rental conditions. Neither the Property Owner nor Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.

A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to Guests of these exclusionary terms and Guests are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and Whistler Platinum, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.

Should the property become uninhabitable or unavailable, Manager reserves the right to substitute another property for the one which has been booked, with every attempt made to provide a property or properties of similar or better quality. A confirmed reservation by email constitutes notice to Guests of these terms and they are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing and to have irrevocably authorized Whistler Platinum accordingly.

Multiple Properties

Please note that all properties are privately-owned and are equipped according to the individual owner's taste and requirements. Groups renting more than one property need to make sure inventory stays in the property. A restocking charge will be deducted from the security deposit if items have been moved to other properties.

Non-Smoking

All of our properties are non-smoking. Any unit with evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fine.

Parking

All properties have a specified parking stall for one vehicle. Some larger properties have two parking stalls. There is visitor parking available at most complexes, on a first come, first served basis. The average height clearance is 6ft. 9in. Over sized vehicles are difficult to accommodate in Whistler and parking for such vehicles may not be available at peak times. Parking instructions are unique to each complex and must be followed.

Pets

Pets are permitted only in designated pet friendly properties. We ask that you leave your pets at home as they will be refused entry to a non-designated property. There will be a $500 fine for any pets or evidence of pets found in any non-designated pet-friendly units.

Towels

Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked. Delivery of extra towels is available, upon request.
