Eight of us drove up from Oregon and stayed in Cedar Hollow #12 for 4 nights. The home is very nice and is located in an amazing "park like" development. The location was perfect for all of us riding the bike park. Easy ride out to the lifts and close to come back for lunch or a rest. Had the need to contact the management company a couple times and they were very friendly and took care of everything quickly. My only complaint would be that there was only one television in the whole house and it would have been nice to have one in the master bedroom. Thanks for the great service Whistler Platinum!

The property was great for a group of couples. We enjoyed our time there. The mid-trip cleaning was great. The beds were comfy. Some odd things: the fridge is quite small for a large condo (as is the kitchen space), the grill doesn't light easily and the hot tub cover is challenging to relocate on the hot tub. But, all in all, our group had a great time and would rent here again.

I waited a long time for check in with my kids (hours) after a long day of travel from Toronto, even though I was told when I made the reservation that every opportunity would be made to accomodate my early arrival. We went to check on the property and it was already cleaned and no one was there but the desk told me housekeeping had not done the cleaning, false. I also requested a late checkout and was again told that they would likely be able to accomodate me. The day I was leaving I was told that they could not extend the 10 am checkout. Not only have I never ever been told that my checkout request could not be met but 10am is absurd! Most if not all hotels use a 12pm checkout. This a huge reason I would not chose to stay at this property again. With a family and air travel the 10am makes for very tight timelines at the resort and there is nowhere to leave your stuff if you need to stay the day. My check in was later than 3pm as the desk staff was handing me my keys at 3:20 so really did not get into my property till after 3:30 and the early check out really resulted in a loss of a day for me. If you are going to stick to your ridiculous check out time, you should make **** sure that I get into my property on time. You expect it from your clients, your clients surely expect it from you!

With 3 couples and a plus 1 it was just right space wise. As first time skiers/ snowboarders the first day did mean we where lugging our skies up a slope to get home, but the ski route into the apartment is easy, and a short way to village meant an easy walk after a night out or only a $6 cab fare! We had a problem with one of the bedroom doors locking on its own and whistler platinum had it fixed in under hour! The kitchen had pretty much everything you could think of Cedar hollow really felt like home , we highly recommend it !

We traveled from Vancouver using Whistler Platinum provided directions and they were spot on, right down to the phone call from a certain point along the way. Those took us right to the front door, even in the dark.

The house was exactly as described - very well maintained, recently built/newly remodeled with high quality finishes and accommodated our group of six adults with ease. The spacious first floor and raised den worked well as separate entertainment areas. I especially enjoyed the master bath with the rain shower and body spray, the hall bath steam shower and the outdoor hot tub was a must for our group.

My one and only critique would be that we had to return the parking pass for a second vehicle and this due to the fact that we had to leave very early our last morning (5 AM). However when we drove to the lodge to do so, as instructed via a phone call our last night, there was no one there and we had to call a number to find out what to do with it. A minor inconvenience but an unnecessary one.

Had a great experience overall and we were all very pleased with the accommodations. I would very highly recommend using Whistler Platinum's services to anyone. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Cedar Hollow 12 provided us with a fantastic property for our recent stay in Whistler. There is plenty of living space and we very much enjoyed the hot tub. It is not a ski in - ski out property but it is only a short drive to the car parks in the village or a five minute walk to the slopes (very possible without small children and five lots of skis!). We would love to return.

I recently stayed in Cedar Hollow 12 together with my husband, two adult children and my daughters fiance. It was our 6th visit to Whistler but it was the first time we had stayed outside of Whistler village. We all thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and space of this townhouse and it certainly felt very homely. It has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, a den with a plasma TV, 3 bedrooms, 3 very nice newly renovated bathrooms, steam room, laundry facilities and a private hot tub on one of three balconies. The garage is heated and also has a boot warmer. Once you have taken the 5 minute walk to the ski slope it takes approx 1 minute to ski to the Skiers Plaza to both Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. Ski back using the Village Run. We would defintley stay in this condo again on our next visit. Loved it and highly recommended.

The property was very spacious for 6 people and a child. The bedrooms could be a little bigger. The kitchen and dining area were fantastic. We cooked every night. It had a large BBQ, which was easy to use. We all really enjoyed the hot tub. The internet was fast and easy to set up. It was within walking distance from the village. The hotel staff were really helpful. They helped us booked things and always gave us lots of information. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to friends. Great value for money!

We had a fantastic time staying at cedar Hollows. The place was nice a big, in a great location and was very comfortable to stay in. I especially loved the smell of cedar throughout. Only (very slight)oversight was that the Tv is located in teh Den. So if you like to watch TV or have it on in the background, somebody sleeping in the Den limits this. However with a place like Whistler, TV is irrelevant.

Cedar Hollow townhouses are very conveniently located near whistler village and offering ski-in/ski-out access, which was importent for us. The town house has an open design, high-end appliences, washing machine, fireplace, hot tub and BBQ. We used them all and everything worked well. Townhouse was also very clean. The Platinum staff had looked after our grocery order as well as amenities for our 2 yr old grandson from Babies-on-the go. We were very satisfied.

e enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Cedar Hollows 12 in January, the condo is perfectly located between the mountains of Whsitler and Blackcomb. Not ski in or out but just a short walk to the slopes each day. The condo itself was very spacious and clean, only criticism was the lack of televisions, I know you don't fly all the way from Australia to canada to watch tv but with teenage children fighting over the remote control, another one would have been great! The owners supplied a large welcome basket which was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend this condo and Whistler Platinum.

We were very impressed with Whistler Platinum's customer service and our Town Home was lovely and in a very pretty, quiet setting. Good position for skiers, but if not skiing, a little difficult to get to the village as Glacier Dr. is not serviced by the free shuttle bus service - the taxi service, however, is very efficient. Overall, a great holiday.

great place and layout. ski in ski out was nice. Fire place didn`t work.. Needs a chimney sweep. Upon departure our rental Mini Van couldn`t get up the hill because the snow hadn`t been cleared at 10:00am... could not get any traction.. It was a lot of snow though. When we tried to use the grocery service... It wasn`t until after I recited our whole list that the lady mentioned that they only could get a handful of items.. This defeats the purpose and was a waste of 10-15mins.

We travelled to Whistler with three daughters, and the staff at Whistler Platinum could not have been more helpful and pleasant. They were happy to take care of everything from restaurant bookings and wine and grocery deliveries through to Christmas trees and decorations! The company seems to have a great eye for detail (Aveda soap, shampoo etc) as well as the big picture - regular house cleans, follow-up calls during your stay. We would definitely use them for any future Whistler visits.

Minimum Age Requirement

The minimum age requirement for 4+ Bedroom units is 30 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The minimum age requirement for 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units is 25. Guests can be denied check-in if they do not meet the minimum age policy.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Summer Season - May 1 to October 31: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of rent plus tax is taken at the time of booking. The balance of your stay is automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Winter Season - November 1 to April 30: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of rent plus tax is taken at the time of booking. The balance of your stay is automatically charged 60 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and bank transfers. Payments are non-refundable once processed.

Security Deposit

A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The security deposit will be held by way of a pre-authorization on a valid credit card. Guest (s) will either be required to sign a credit card authorization slip for the amount of the security deposit or enter their PIN for CHIP enabled credit cards. Cheques will not be accepted. The Manager may capture part or all of the security deposit to cover costs for excess cleaning, property damage, missing inventory, and noise violation fines imposed by a strata or the municipality. The amount of your deposit varies depending on the property reserved; One Bedroom: $500, Two Bedroom: $1000, Three Bedroom: $1500, Three Bedroom Den and Four Bedroom: $2000, Five and Six Bedroom: $2500, Kadenwood Homes: $5000.

Extra Person Charges

Rates are based on the bedding in each property. Adults sleeping on a pull out sofa bed will incur an extra charge of $50.00 CDN per person per night plus taxes. There is no additional fee for children under 18 years of age.

Tax

In the event of tax alterations by the government, Whistler Platinum Reservations Ltd reserves the absolute right to collect the revised tax without prior notice.

Garbage

Each complex has a garbage room. It is the responsibility of the guest to remove garbage. To protect wildlife in Whistler please do not leave garbage outside.

Guest Pre Arrival Forms

Whistler Platinum must receive completed guest pre-arrival forms with requested bed configurations, number of people staying in the property and expected time of arrival a minimum of 15 days prior to arrival date, or reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Hot Tubs

Whistler Platinum ensures that all private hot tubs are maintained regularly. Guest use hot tubs at their own risk. The strata management company for the complex maintains communal hot tubs. If you experience any problems, please call our office. Occasionally, tubs may need to be shut down for maintenance. Such maintenance is unavoidable and is to protect the health of users.

Housekeeping

Your property will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival with fresh sheets, towels and amenities. For guests staying eight nights or longer a complimentary mid stay clean and linen change will be scheduled. Laundry facilities are available at all properties either in-suite or in the building. Additional housekeeping services, including daily service, can be arranged for an additional fee and subject to availability.

Internet and Telephones

Wireless Internet access and all local telephone calls are free.

Liability Disclaimer

Prices for accommodation and packages are subject to change without notice, and reservations are based on availability. The information, products, and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. In the event that accommodation or packages are listed or provided to us at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or other error in pricing information, Whistler Platinum Reservations Ltd expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your pending reservation without penalty.

Limit of Liability

The booking guest and all members of the said guest's party (the "Guests") agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions in and about the home. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any invitees. Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfillment or breach of rental conditions. Neither the Property Owner nor Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.

A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to Guests of these exclusionary terms and Guests are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and Whistler Platinum, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.

Should the property become uninhabitable or unavailable, Manager reserves the right to substitute another property for the one which has been booked, with every attempt made to provide a property or properties of similar or better quality. A confirmed reservation by email constitutes notice to Guests of these terms and they are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing and to have irrevocably authorized Whistler Platinum accordingly.

Multiple Properties

Please note that all properties are privately-owned and are equipped according to the individual owner's taste and requirements. Groups renting more than one property need to make sure inventory stays in the property. A restocking charge will be deducted from the security deposit if items have been moved to other properties.

Non-Smoking

All of our properties are non-smoking. Any unit with evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fine.

Parking

All properties have a specified parking stall for one vehicle. Some larger properties have two parking stalls. There is visitor parking available at most complexes, on a first come, first served basis. The average height clearance is 6ft. 9in. Over sized vehicles are difficult to accommodate in Whistler and parking for such vehicles may not be available at peak times. Parking instructions are unique to each complex and must be followed.

Pets

Pets are permitted only in designated pet friendly properties. We ask that you leave your pets at home as they will be refused entry to a non-designated property. There will be a $500 fine for any pets or evidence of pets found in any non-designated pet-friendly units.

Towels

Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked. Delivery of extra towels is available, upon request.
