About the Home

Please Note: This summer Cedar Ridge #14 is undergoing a major interior renovation to be ready for the 2013-2014 winter season. The renovation includes an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, modern gas fireplace, upgraded bathrooms and an additional bathroom, and an additional den/TV room - perfect for extra guests.

Location

Cedar Ridge #14 is an inviting ski-in, ski-out Whistler townhome with private hot tub conveniently located between Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain. The Village Run ski trail is about 50 paces away (via a small trail) and leads directly to Skier's Plaza where you can catch either the Whistler or Blackcomb Gondola. It is a 15 minute walk to Whistler Village or the Upper Village, where you will find numerous bars and restaurants. Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus with a stop at the entrance to the Cedar Ridge complex that will transport you to the Village and the ski lifts.

Common Areas

The main living floor is open concept and features lots of natural light, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and large flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 6 comfortably with sliding door success to the balcony where there is a bbq and a private hot tub with scenic views looking towards Whistler Village.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

On the upper floor, the spacious master bedroom offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with deep soaking tub and overhead shower. The lower level offers 2 guest bedrooms, one with a split king bed and the other a queen bed. There is a second separate bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower and a powder room.

Cedar Ridge #14 features a secure garage for one car and driveway parking for a second, in-suite laundry and complimentary wireless internet.
