Fitzsimmons Walk 31 is a contemporary 3 level corner townhome boasting one of the most spacious layouts of the Fitzsimmons Walk complex and offers guests the ultimate mountain resort experience.

The spacious main living floor located on the second level offers the best in open concept living. There is a gourmet modern kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf gas stove and wrap around breakfast bar. The large dining room is perfect for hosting family meals or entertaining friends. There is also a two-zone audio system with in-ceiling speakers in both the living room and kitchen. From the main living room enjoy mountain views while relaxing by the fire or head out to the deck and enjoy a meal on the built in BBQ. For added convenience there is a powder room on this level.

Located on the top floor, the master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and shares a double sided gas fireplace with the ensuite bathroom which features a stand alone shower and separate bathtub, perfect for taking a relaxing soak in. Also located on the top floor: the second bedroom which features a queen bed and the third bedroom which features a tri bunk bed, great for the kids or extra guests. There is a separate spacious bathroom for these bedrooms.

On the ground floor, the fourth bedroom features a queen bed and a separate bathroom. On this floor, there is also a Media Room with a large flat screen TV, Apple TV, Blu-ray DVD player and fully-loaded Audio Visual System with its own bar/kitchenette for all your home entertainment needs. Or head out to the private outdoor hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace to relax after a day on the slopes whilst enjoying views of both Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains. This townhouse is beautifully decorated, well-equipped and within walking distance to the Village. The only drawback is its proximity to the highway.

The home was immaculate and the finishes and features (whole home lighting/audio controlled by a tablet, built in espresso machine etc) were very impressive. It is about a 15-20 minute to the village, so we mostly took taxi cabs for about $6 when heading into town. Would definitely stay here again.
