Fitzsimmons Walk is the first significant new development in Whistler in many years. Situated just north of the village adjacent to the Fitzismmons Creek, Fitzsimmons Walk is an intimate community comprising of only 41 luxury town homes.

Relax in your private hot tub after a day on the mountain with views of both Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains as your backdrop.

Enjoy open concept living at its best on the main living floor. There is a gourmet modern kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge and Wolf gas stove and the large dining room seats eight and is perfect for hosting family meals or entertaining friends. In the main living room enjoy mountain views while relaxing by the fire or head out to the private deck and enjoy a meal on the built in BBQ.

Located on the top floor are three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and shares a double sided gas fireplace with the ensuite bathroom where you can soak in the seperate tub. The second bedroom features a split king bed and the third bedroom features a queen bed. The fourth bedroom located on the ground floor features a queen bed.

There is a mud room to store all your equipment and a media room on the ground floor with its own bar/kitchenette. Flat screens are in the main living room and have HD cable box as does the master bedroom. The media room has a PVR. The DVD players are all Blu-ray.

The property also offers a private garage in the underground car park. Fitzsimmons Walk #33 is a luxurious way to experience Whistler.
