We had a few challenges in the beginning with having to change properties. However, the staff were most professional, apologetic and got right to work to fix it. I used to work for Fairmont hotels. The staff have their have excellent training to deal with guests. I felt like Whistler Platinum was very comparable. I would definitely come back.
