Goldenwood 8368 is an impressive 2,250 sq. foot, 3-bedroom plus den home located right on the 18th green of the majestic Nicklaus North Golf course. Just a short 5-minute drive from the slopes, this spacious home boasts stunning views of the golf course, Green lake and the surrounding mountains.

The main floor has a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area boasts towering floor to ceiling windows to take in the majestic views.The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel Bosch and Sub-zero appliances and radiant heated slate floors throughout. The home has a generous share of exposed log post and beam and vaulted ceilings.

After a hard day on the hill or off the tees, enjoy a cold beverage and take in the views from your outdoor private hot tub. Or perhaps you could unwind in front of the open wood burning fireplace.

While obviously ideal for a summer golf vacation, the short distance to the hill makes this home a popular choice all year round. Combined with the neighboring Goldenwood homes 8336 and 8337, the 10 bedrooms and spacious living areas are well suited to a small corporate retreat, client entertainment or a family reunion.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in this property. The unit had everything we needed and more. The view out the living room window is gorgeous! The neighborhood is also very beautiful. One thing we wish we had been told -- this property is very close to the railroad tracks and trains run very early in the morning. It's not really a problem unless you leave windows open at night. Other than that, the property is ideal.

Superb location and property.
We felt priveleged to share this offered all we had hoped for more besides.
A minor detail to mention for future reference would be:-
Always wear shoes on hot-tub deck area,(thus avoiding splinters in feet!!)
Sun loungers need attention to avoid mishap with regard to fabric deterioration.
We look forward to a return visit having enjoyed 'Goldenwood' and all the environment offered.
