We were astounded at the size of this ski resort. Our condo was outstanding and made for an excellent family experience. The only comparison we could come up with, having experienced plenty of ski resorts in the Western states, is Disneyland!

I sweated over which property to pick because we had friends flying from DC to join us for the week. I knew that it was important to have enough room - we have kids aged two and four and they have a one year old! Mountain Star #21 suited us perfectly - one family upstairs with a child in a pack 'n play, the other family downstairs with the kids in twin beds, the kitchen/meals/living level in the middle, pretty much ski-in-ski-out location, a good big mud room with separate thermostat, in a private and quiet location. Whistler Platinum staff were also fantastic. I would definitely recommend it.

Great condo in great location. Slept 5 comforatbly but would be squashed with the full 8 capacity. Excellent bus service around Whistler mean staying in central village is not essential at all so would highly recommend upper village. Wonderfully quiet, great access to slopes (100m walk). Amazing skiing- so many wide long runs.
Only down side is that Whistler itself is very expensive in terms of food/ groceries/ eating out, not helped by current exchange rate; so self catering is not really a cheaper option! All in all a fabulous place that I would highly recommend to anyone.
