For a place with a "gourmet" kitchen, Pots and pans were not sufficient.
Our access code to the front door did not work. We reported it on the 2nd day of our stay but it was never resolved.

Great thanksgiving with a few hiccups.This is our second time at this property. It is perfect for us as it is large enough to bring our families and it has an elevator (we had someone confined to a wheelchair with us). However, when we arrived, the elevator was broken. So two of our party had to wait over an hour in the garage for maintenance to come. Then about half way through our trip, the garage door opener broke and it was never returned. This means that every time we wanted in, one of us had to run through the front door into the garage and jump on the sensor until it opened (which sometimes took a bit of time). Then the elevator broke again a couple days in (just happened to be the day the wheelchair needed to get out). I spoke to the management and they were very understanding and gracious. They even offered us some compensation. Before that conversation I wasn't sure if we'd be back but because they were so great in their response, we likely will be back!

Ravens Crest 309 - 2012Spectacular view of mountain, but location a little inconvenient since bus stop had been moved and we had to drive to mt. Furnishings weird-no dressers and glass top tables everywhere. Summit sports was great.

Lots of spaceGreat place. Clean with all the accesories that you need including keeping your ski boots dry. Beautiful view. Great for big families or two families. Only thing - no huttub and no shuttle to the slopes. But easy walk along the path to the town.

Norway in WhistlerWe were 10 friends going to Whistler. And this house was amazing!!! There was good room for everyone, and the neighbours were very nice! So to travel 17 hours and comming to this house was all in all a part of the good experience :) The only bad thing was that we had to take a cab to the hill, because there was no bus going from that site! But that didn`t stop us! It was really a nice house, and neighbourhood. We would love to come back!

Family trip to WhistlerOverall it was a good experience. The fact that the shuttltle stop was not available to us made more work for us with two small children. Crossing the highway with strollers in the sleet and rain made the daily commute a chore. Also, the loss of elevator service was not something we planned on occurring.

No parkingMy only complaint is that there was only one parking spot for a 5 bed unit. We had three families and three cars and had to park two of them off of the property at a pay parking lot. None of the other unit's spots were used while we were seems that there could be some kind of deal made to use those spots. We would have been willing to pay for it just to have the cars there.

Summer Visit to WhistlerThe property (309 Ravenscrest) was great property easily accomodating two families of four. We visited in early August. The property was comfortable and a great location for walks to town and trips to olympic venues.
