Boasting 2,600 sq ft of sumptuous space, this four-bedroom plus den ski-in ski-out chalet is one of only two single-family homes in the exclusive Heights neighbourhood.

Tucked amongst the trees, high on the south side of Whistler Mountain, this welcoming home is warm and inviting; offering an open wood fireplace, radiant heated slate floors in the kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors in the living and dining area, surround sound entertainment in both the lounge and master bedroom and a relaxing hot tub perfect after a day on the mountain. The main living level has an open concept floor plan that reveals breathtaking views of the Peak on Whistler Mountain and the Olympic Downhill course.

For easy entertaining, this home boasts an open plan fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including Sub-zero and Miele, granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The home has a dining area for 8 people and includes complimentary wireless high-speed internet access for guests who want to stay connected.

All bedrooms are well appointed and the bathrooms are warm and inviting. The master suite features a queen bed, a large private balcony and heated floors.

For winter enthusiasts, The Heights is only steps away from the Dave Murray 2010 Olympic Downhill course that runs straight down to the Creekside Gondola. Whistler Kids and Whistler ski school are conveniently located at the base of the downhill. Please note that the ski trail access is suitable for intermediate level skiers and is not suited for beginners.

accommodation was excellent and the facilities as described. The location is not as ski-in/ski-out as we'd hoped (there is a route but it's a pain to use), and we ended up using a car to the village more than we wanted to. Would be good value for a large group.

The house was gorgeous inside and so spacious. We had 10 people and fit wonderfully. It's important to note though that if you are all couples, two couples will be in rooms with bunks! The location technically is ski in/out but does require a bit of a walk and the the ski out is to Whistler Creekside...NOT the main village. But the main Whistler gondola is pretty slow so we didn't mind started at Creekside and working our way up and over. Overall great place to stay and we loved the covered hot tub on the snowy afternoons.

Car hire essential (4x4) as this property is several km's by road away from Creekside base. Ski in/ out possible for advanced skiers.
Room allocation a bit tricky if group has children included. Management company helpful.
