Plus side: great location, well maintained, clean. Extraordinary service from the Platinum Properties Concierge.
Minus side: the Aspen´s building is not well maintained and clean as the specific unit. It feels old. The apartment lacks kitchen aids and dishes, dinner ware.
Overall, very good price/quality relation.

Aspens

Great location for ski-out and in. Close to Upper Village. Spa is a very popular spot after skiing. One negative was a delay getting skis out of storage after leaving them with the ski concierge - one morning, it took over 20 minutes due to a large group of people all trying to get out at the same time.

The property was well maintained. The unit was old,tired, poorly built; and dirty in 'corner' areas. Ski in-ski-out access was great. Summit ski rental was very attentive and convenient.

Great location, but noisy

The Aspens is located right at the ski hill on Whistler, but #237 is located facing the driveway. It was very noisy with late night revellers, early morning departures, laundry delivery, garbage collection, snow plowing. I would not recommend this particular condo or any condo that faces the driveway; opt for one facing the hill or the interior courtyard.

The location could not be better!!! Ski in/out is prefect. Room size was great with all the mod cons, howver the dishwasher was broken and the light in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling. Add to this when i booked it said 1 parking spot per customer. What they failed to mention was that the parking spot cost and extra $12 per night... a little missleading. Overall the location makes up for any down side and i am guessing they are banking on that. However paying top dollar you would think that they would provide clean towels at least once over four days, and also be able to take out the garbage at the end of your stay, as the elevators are laborously slow and painful. Okay-ish.

Enjoyed our stay - we added 2 extra days once we got there. The room in the Aspens was very comfortable and the Aspens is in a great location in Whistler. Would highly recommend!!

The dishwasher didn't work and the vacuum didn't work. The staff were friendly and answered any questions and gave us ideas on were to go and what to see.

the only thing that was disappointing was the room was hot, the temp gauge was on 25 and couldnt be turned down. we reported it but they only turned on the pedastool fans. when its 30 outside you dont wont to come home to 25 degrees inside. a bit uncomfortble to sleep.
other than that, a very nice unit and good location

Aspens
