Great house
Really liked this house and it was in very nice condition, highly recommended. Only one small nit to pick: The satellite TV had the real basic package, for American travelers, a more comprehensive TV package would be appreciated.

feedbackmotion detector tone was going off continually. somebody was supposed to come fix it - nobody showed or followed up. We figured a way to minimize the issue.
garage door opener battery died after the first day
TV remote batteries were also dying
these were modest issues but shouldnt have been our problems
