Woods Chalet is great for a family vacation

The chalet worked really well for 12 of us as there was so much room and lots of bathrooms. There is little outdoor space but you just have to walk out in front and go for a walk to Lost lake or to the upper village. Excellent location as you don't need to drive everywhere.

Sometimes pictures lie, but not this time. It is on a great location along the free bus line. That was one of our requirements. Only a few minutes to the Village. We had little interaction with the staff,because we didn't have to call them. Everything we needed was there.

Unfortunately when I arrived I was in an extreamly bad moody. The staff was very professional and helpful dispite my inappropriate rudeness. The staff was extreamly helpful. They even purchased 5 fans to help make our stay more comfortable.
The kitchen sink was not properly clean. The rest of the place looked fantastic
