Owner Relations Manager

Job Title Owner Relations Manager
We are recruiting for a confident and caring customer service orientated superstar to join our Owner Relations team on a full-time basis. The Owner Relations Manager (ORM) is a key point of contact for unit owners and is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional service to owners. The (ORM)will work to secure new units and increase the standard and size of the Platinum portfolio. This position liaises with owners, strata's, realtors and all company departments to ensure the owners interests are being attended and all requests expedited in a timely manner.

Hours of Work/Wage This position is full-time, year round, including shifts on weekends and some holidays.
What will I be doing?
  • Managing the relationships with Unit Owners, through both proactive and reactive phone and email communication and face to face meetings.

  • Problem solving – Supports, troubleshoots, anticipates the needs of, and problem solves for Unit Owners. Breaking down issues to find the best and most cost effective solution for our Owners.

  • Collaborating and communicating with our other operational staff and sales teams to make sure we set the stage for amazing guest and Owner experiences.

  • Efficiently handles the day to day requests of Unit Owners. 

  • End of month review of accuracy of owner statements and charges.

  • Provide accurate proformas to prospective owners.

  • Identify and target specific complexes and offer support and revenue figures to realtors.

  • Annual review of properties and upgrade recommendations to owners

  • Assists in maintaining Unit Owners file and ensure that all required documentation is processed on time and accurately.

In addition, the following skills and experience are required to be successful in this position:

  • You know what goes into great service and you have at least two years experience in a property management, customer service or hospitality role.
  • You’ve got ‘charming’ written all over you – we’re here to delight our Owners, so we’ll need someone who enjoys social interaction.
  • You have a sharp eye for detail – our controls around planning and delivering are critical. Your eagle eye will spot something that would otherwise create a jam.
  • You’re equipped with sound judgement and common sense, even under pressure – you’ll have a ton of responsibility right off the bat.
  • You make calm, collected decisions when the clock is ticking (and always with a smile, of course).
  • You have exceptional time management, detailed orientated and have a strong administrative skill set.
  • You have excellent written communication and phone skills.
  • You have a university degree, are in the process of acquiring one, or have equivalent experience in the property managment field.


Visa Requirements: You must be legally eligible to work in Canada. We are unable to assist you in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
