Whistler Heli-Skiing and Boarding

Whistler boasts some of the best heli-skiing and boarding in the world. Just imagine no lift lines and untracked powder amongst the spectacular scenery of the coastal mountains. Heli-skiing is truly a magical experience.

A typical day will start around 7:30 am with lift off at approximately 10 am. Groups will be divided into 4 or 5 based on skill level or specific request. You will take flight into the alpine and greeted by beautiful snowcapped mountains, crisp mountain air and epic turns! Your day will involve 3-6 runs depending on the package you purchase and you can expect to return to Whistler by 5 pm.

The ultimate ski and snowboard experience is no longer only available to the experts. Heli-skiing provides access to hundreds of runs that vary in difficulty. The tremendous variety of slopes available in the Whistler area will accommodate several levels of skiers and snowboarders. If you are able to tackle the blue runs in your ski area, you are ready to take flight in a helicopter and enjoy the magic of the heli-ski experience. Treat yourself to the ultimate alpine high!

Classic Experience | COST: $815* / person

  • 3 runs (approx. 4,500 - 7,500 vertical feet, or 1,400 - 2,300 vertical meters of skiing)
  • Designed for intermediate to advanced skiers or boarders
  • Bell 205 / 212 Helicopter, groups of 7-10 people
  • No powder experience necessary!
  • Extra runs are available for $85*/person per run

Elite Adventure | COST: $899* / person

  • 4 runs (approx. 6,000 - 10,000 vertical feet, or 1,800 - 3,500 vertical meters of skiing)
  • Designed for expert skiers or boarders
  • Bell 205 / 212 Helicopter, groups of 7-10 people
  • Extra runs are available for $85*/person per run

Ultimate Excursion | COST: $1,150* / person

  • 6 runs (approx. 9,000 - 15,000 vertical feet. or 2,700 - 4,600 vertical meters of skiing).
  • Designed for experts who wish to move quickly and are considering doing extra runs
  • Suitable for groups of up to 5 with similar abilities who are looking for a more private experience
  • Private photographer available on request
  • Custom packages available
  • Exceptional Bell 407 Helicopter, seats 5 people
  • Extra runs are available for $95*/person per run

Private Packages | Cost: $7,985* / group

  • Based on 1.5 hours of flying time
  • Suitable for up to a total of 4 passengers aboard an A-Star helicopter
  • Extra flying time is available at $250* per 1/10 hour
