Soft morning light settles over the snow-covered evergreens while the mountains rise quietly beyond your balcony. After a day carving fresh winter trails or exploring Whistler Village, you return to a warm retreat where the fire offers a gentle glow and the hush of the season lingers just outside the windows.

Sleeping arrangements
This condo accommodates up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. The primary bedroom features a four-poster king bed along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a deep glass-enclosed tub with an overhead shower. The second bedroom offers a tri-bunk bed and convenient access to a nearby bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Ample closet space in both rooms provides a comfortable place to settle in during your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and the essentials for preparing your own meals. A dining table that seats six sits beside large picture windows, allowing you to share unhurried breakfasts or relaxed evening meals before settling in by the indoor fireplace.

Living spaces
The open-concept living area invites you to unwind after time on the slopes. Large windows frame mountain views, and a private balcony offers a quiet spot to step outside into the crisp alpine air. Air conditioning, heating, portable fans, and an indoor fireplace help maintain comfort in any season. A washer and dryer, iron, clothing storage, and other essentials support longer stays.

Ski access and building facilities
From the rear of the property, you can step directly onto Merlin’s Run for effortless ski access during the winter months. Within the building, you will find a heated outdoor saltwater pool, a hot tub, a gym, and an elevator. Secure underground parking is available, along with shared ski and bike storage. A dedicated workspace and wifi make it easy to stay connected, and self check-in adds flexibility to your arrival.

Outdoor features
The private balcony and outdoor furniture provide space to enjoy the crisp winter air or take in the surrounding scenery when you return from the mountain.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.

The Neighbourhood

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking, or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four-seasons property.

Getting Around

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course
• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market
• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.
• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop

Other Things To Note

• Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock. Please note: skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units.
• The den does not have windows.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

We’ve been coming to WB for years and we may have found our very favorite place to stay. 408 had all the winter vibes I wanted, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and everything we could have possibly needed was there. We loved it!

It's all about the views here. Lots of windows and a heated patio made this experience memorable. This is a single level condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had a wonderful time here. The trail to Lost Lake is nearby and so is the bus stop. Very peaceful and quiet location. The main village is about 25 minute walk from this condo which is not bad if you don't mind the walks in beautiful Whistler but you can also take a short 3 minutes drive to all the amenities. The kitchen has all the utensils needed (but do your grocery before you come). I definitely recommend this accomodation.

This place was amazing! quiet, wonderful views, and felt like you were at home with the condo as it had everything you needed. The staff were very attentive as our kitchen faucet broke and they put a brand new one in with in a couple hours. They were quick on requests and very polite and approachable. The pool was clean and very quite. We definitely would come back to this place.

Great spot and responsive host. Our second time booking and would not hesitate to book again. Good parking, bike storage, and access to all that Whistler had to offer without being right in the main village where it can be a little hectic. Pool and hot tub in complex are def a nice to have.
