Helmets: All e-bike rentals come with a complimentary helmet.

Restriction: Maximum weight is 275 lbs. Minimum height is 5’2″

Release of Liability and Waiver Form: It is mandatory for all tour participants to sign a Release of Liability and Waiver Form. Any participants under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian present to sign on their behalf.

Rental Location: Eagle Lodge, 18-4314 Main Street. The Eagle Lodge is location on the village stroll next to Olympic Plaza.

ID & Credit Card: Please be sure you have a government issued photo ID and a valid credit card for bike security (Debit and VISA Debit not accepted.)

Cleaning the E-Bike: All bikes are expected to be returned clean. Free bike cleaning stations can be found a the base of Whistler Mountain, beside the pump track and at Lost Lake. If bikes are returned dirty a $30 cleaning fee will be charged.

Accidental Damage Protection (ADP): A mandatory $25 non-refundable damage protection coverage will be charged on all bike rentals. Damage protection covers accidental damage to the e-bike but does not cover intential damage or loss/theft of the bike. In the event of intentional damage you will be liable to cover the cost of repair. In the event of loss or theft you are liable for a $5000 replacement cost.
