Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to four guests, the single-level layout includes two bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a built-in closet and dresser, along with an ensuite offering a single vanity, heated tile floors, and a tub with an overhead shower. The second bedroom includes a king-split bed that can be arranged as a king or two twin beds, plus a closet and TV. A second bathroom provides a single vanity and a step-in glass-paneled shower.
Outdoor living
The patio gives you a private spot to unwind after winter adventures, complete with a hot tub, BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture. A private entrance offers easy movement to and from the trails, and both free parking garage access and free street parking are available.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with the conveniences you need to prepare meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table seats six, creating an inviting space to gather after a day in the snow.
Living spaces
The open-plan living area offers comfortable seating and a TV with cable for relaxed evenings indoors. High-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace support longer stays, while insuite laundry adds convenience for multi-day ski trips. Heating keeps the home comfortable throughout the colder months, and portable fans are available if needed.
Amenities & essentials
Guests have access to bathroom essentials, towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, a safe, clothing storage, and home safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Self check-in is available with a smart lock, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
Neighborhood
Located within the Arrowhead Point Complex, the townhome provides proximity to ski access, with nearby trails connecting you to ski-home and ski-out routes depending on snow levels. The ski-home trail from Lower Cruiser leads back to the complex, while the ski-out trail heads to the base of Blackcomb and the Blackcomb Gondola. Winter conditions shape the availability of these connections, typically from late December to March. Whistler Village remains within easy reach for dining, shopping, and additional activities.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Arrowhead Point is a tranquil townhome complex nestled among the trees on Blackcomb Mountain. Just a short walk to the slopes and a quick ride on the free village shuttle, it offers a serene setting with mountain views. The Upper Village is easily accessible, providing convenient access to dining, shopping, and the Blackcomb Gondola. This peaceful location combines privacy with proximity to Whistler’s amenities.

Other Things To Note
• Fireplace. Please note the fireplace in this vacation rental is not operational. The home is heated by baseboard heaters
• Stairs. Entry to the home is up 10 stairs and is the only way to access the home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Arrowhead Point complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
