Designed for up to four guests, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers a restful layout after full days on the mountain. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and convenient access to a separate full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

The open living room is a cozy place to unwind in winter. Settle into comfortable seating, watch TV, or warm up beside the indoor fireplace as the evening grows quiet outside. Vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in natural light and frame the surrounding alpine setting.

A full kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at your own pace, whether you’re fueling up before first chair or enjoying a relaxed dinner back at home. The dining area seats six, creating a comfortable spot for shared meals and conversation after a day exploring Whistler.

Located in the Aspens complex at the base of Blackcomb, the condo offers ski-in/ski-out access (weather permitting), with a short walk to Merlin’s Run leading to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. After skiing or winter walks through the village, unwind in the outdoor pool or shared hot tub, or keep up your routine in the gym. Secure ski and bike storage is available on-site, along with an elevator for easy access to this single-level home.

Guests have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and self check-in via smart lock. A private entrance adds convenience, and parking options include free street parking or a paid parking garage space on the premises.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness centre, and ski concierge services.

The Aspens is a true ski-in/ski-out complex nestled near the base of Blackcomb Mountain, offering unparalleled access to the slopes. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a short walk or free shuttle ride to the Upper Village, where a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options await.

Other Things To Note
• No in-suite laundry. Shared washer and dryer facilities are available within the building.
• Summer pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 10 am–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.
• Winter pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 2 pm–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.
• Pay parking. Overnight parking is an additional $26 / night.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tub
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
