Awesome rental. Super responsive hosts. House was amazing… legit ski in ski out. Any and all kitchen stuff we needed was available. No problem with any mechanical items. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of stairs… 43 from the garage to the entrance, then at least 15 more to 2 bedrooms upstairs. It’s tolerable on day to day basis, but torture on move in move out day! The place was amazing, but will be perfect if they ever fix the elevator.

We needed to switch Airbnb's as our initial place had issues and Whistler Platinum was very prompt at giving us a few suggestions, and allowing us to drop our bags off early to make the move seamless
We absolutely loved the location. It is perfect for biking to Lost Lake, and an easy walk down/up on Blackcomb
Having the high ceiling and natural light makes it super relaxing just to chill at the house after a full day of outdoor activities

Excellent property right on the mountain. Very clean and very nice home. Bedding including pillows were very comfortable. Private hot tub a big plus. Property manager was really good with great communication. As noted in other reviews, you do have to manage the stairs as there are several flights. We were all adults and found this to be no problem at all. House is literally steps to the slope, and from there it is a short ski down to the Blackcomb Gondola. Skiing back in is very easy, and can be readily done for lunch or other needs. It is also possible to walk down the slope to town, an easy and convenient walk for those in shape as long as you wear appropriate shoes. We did this several times for dinner, as parking in town can be a challenge. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed this home. Highly recommend it and would stay again.

We had a great stay at this ski-in/ski-out home. The communications were very efficient and we received a link for a 3D tour of the house so we knew exactly what to expect. Four bedroom house with only one bedroom not having an ensuite bathroom (bathroom is adjacent to the room in the hallway). The elevator to the house (from the underground garage) is out of order so you need to climb an internal stairway (there is an external stairway as well). The garage storage locker was being used by the owner but we just stored our skies in the garage with no problem. The house has heated ski boot warmers which is a nice touch. The house has a drip coffee maker as well as a nespresso maker in the cabinet. There are two bedrooms that can be made into twin beds or king size beds. Two parking spaces for cars. I would recommend if you have the budget.

The ceiling must be 45-feet tall at the highest point. The ammenities were great and we made good use of the large kitchen. If you plan to ski in/out the access is from the garage. We didn't find this until the last day. The only frustrating thing about this unit is that it is between bus stops -- the nearest being .2 miles uphill. A few times when we went into town the bus driver would let us off close to the complex but it's definitely on the longest stretch without a bus stop. Still a great stay and I will definitely be back soon.

Had a great stay. Place was awesome, enjoyed the hot tub. Had issue with washer dryer, tv, wfi which stop working. The response time to get this remedied was prompt and efficient. Loved our stay, wished that the elevator was working.

It is a great place to stay, the Whistler Platinum service is amazing, the house location is great for the summer, although there is a big hill for riding bikes to get to the house, but with E-bikes or strong legs you can ride everywhere from the house. You can easily walk to the village from the house. The wooden walls and ceiling, and the height of the Town house make it very cozy and beautiful.

The home itself is architecturally stunning, filled with gorgeous art and comfortable furniture. We would love to return. The only issues we encountered was the elevator was not operational. Would also recommend some basic kitchen items for those that like to self cater ( ie olive oil, tin foil, plastic wrap, plastic containers for left overs ).

The condo was big, spacious and nicely decorated. Location was outstanding, ski in and ski out and only a short walk from the Upper Village. Kitchen was well appointed but the bathrooms were a bit dated. The service team were very attentive and addressed a couple of minor issues quickly. There are a healthy amount of steps up and down and we would have appreciated use of the elevator (at least for the arrival and departure) but it was not operational.

It’s a great rental. We really enjoyed it. It was very clean and well equipped. Kitchen equipment is all in great condition. Washrooms are clean and well kept. Sheets are nice and soft. Very bright main area and so spacious. Multiple decks are nice. Two private underground parking is really nice.
The only thing was the elevator was out of order during our stay. It would have been convenient for unloading and loading. One of our family members has some physical limitations so it would be on the nice to have list. Not necessary but since it is already in place use of it would have been awesome.

This is a great vacation home. All of the basic essentials were available. The communication was very prompt and efficient with the property managers. The location is perfect. The only thing to note is that there were zero games(cards, board games) spices, condiments, etc. available. Be prepared to bring your own. This was a great stay and excellent for ski in/ski out vacations!

Place was beautiful lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Hot tub was a great bonus and the kitchen has all the utensils and cooking items you need. we had a great stay! only thing to note is there are quite a few stairs to get into the unit (which is listed in the description) so accessibility could be an issue for some. would stay again!

After two weeks we didn't want to leave Cedar Creek E. The condo has lots of space and could easily accommodate two families. We visited in summer and it's a short (though steep) walk to the Blackcomb base down the Merlins ski run. Comfortable beds and decor in all the bedrooms and a huge spa on the back balcony. Loved that they had Apple TV so we could log into our iTunes and Netflix account. Whistler Platinum we really efficient and responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Definitely recommend and will stay again,.

Beautiful home, fitted 10 of us perfectly (my 2 adult, 2 kid family; my sisters same and our 2 parents). Only drawback was that the elevator malfunctioned a few times (kept saying it was because we didn't shut it properly but it was such when we arrived; once we did not do so properly but 3rd time we were unsure why it malfunctioned). Anyway, service arrived promptly every time. Would also suggest keeping some mid-size pans and food storage containers in kitchen.

The home is indeed undergoing renovations this summer and will feature new carpeting and paint throughout, an upgraded living area with built-in shelving and a new sectional sofa with a queen pull-out bed and new window coverings. The bedrooms will each feature a new bed, pillows and iPod docks. The entrance will now feature a better ‘mudroom' area for ski/snowboard boot storage. The home will also feature two new TVs and new small appliances including a toaster, coffeemaker and kettle.

The property is spacious and comfortable. We encountered a night without electricity but It was rectified the following afternoon. Management arranged us to another villa to enable us to make our breakfast . We also were given a free dinner at a reputable restaurant as an apology from the management. We still have an enjoyable ski holiday.

The Cedar Creek condo was like a home away from home during our week vacation at Whistler.The unit was immaculately kept, bathrobes in each bedroom, loved the aveda toiletries, overall very comfortable and well equipped. It was an easy 5 minute walk out the back door down to the upper village. Not quite as convenient on the bus route as location is in between stops, however not really a big deal. We enjoyed being removed from the hustle/bustle of the Village while still being quite central as far as accessing the village by foot, bus or car. The Whistler Platinum Staff were super accommodating and very helpful in organizing tee times, activities and dinner reservations. IT was a pleasure to deal with them. We were very impressed with their service and knowledge of the village.

This was a great property! Great location for Summer or Winter! The only suggestion's I have would be for some updates. The TV is HD, yet there it's not connected by an HD cable, so it's pointless. The sound system doesn't work at all it sounds like a muted microphone with background noise. The kitchen has very nice appliances, but replacing the frying pans on a more regular basis would be nice. When you come back from a hard day of outdoor activities it would make everything a bit nicer. All around Cedar Creek is amazing. Love the tall, tall ceilings! The 3 decks, hot tub, gas stove, huge living area was very comfortable. The place is close to the village, but you still have so much peace and quite.

We (4 adults and 2 children) shared this great ski-in, ski-out property and could not have been happier. This was very convenient for skiing, although not close enough to Whistler village to walk to shopping and restaurants. We found the accommodations exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased with the property. The Whistler Platinum staff was most pleasant and helpful and we had no problems with any of our reservations. Check-in and check-out were simple and quick, with even a personal tour of the property by Erin when we first arrived. Our entire experience was exceptional.

I was very happy, the unit was beautiful and spacious. The only drawback was that it really wasn't ski in/ ski out since the run was closed and solid ice. Management was nice enough to provide us with complementary late check out. This more than made up for this since we were all able to come back after skiing and prepare for our trip home properly. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
