Sleeping arrangements
This four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhome accommodates up to eight guests. On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a king bed, sitting area, TV, private balcony with mountain views, and an ensuite with a double vanity, bathtub, and overhead shower. A secondary bedroom offers a king-split bed, TV, private balcony, and ensuite with a bathtub and overhead shower. A sofa bed in the loft provides additional sleeping space.
On the main level, the third bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and access to the hot tub, along with an ensuite with a bathtub and overhead shower. The fourth bedroom has a king-split bed, TV, and access to the hot tub, with a separate bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower. Washer - In unit and Dryer - In unit add convenience after snowy days outdoors.
Outdoor living
The private deck overlooks the slopes, offering a front-row view of winter scenery. The BBQ grill is available year-round, and the hot tub provides a soothing soak after hours on the mountain.
Ski access & location
When snow conditions allow, you can step from the rear entrance directly to Merlin’s Run for ski access to the 10-person Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Located in Whistler’s Benchlands, you are a short walk to the Upper Village and the free Village shuttle route, with cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
