Snow falls quietly outside as you step into a warm, firelit retreat just moments from Blackcomb’s slopes. After a day carving fresh tracks or wandering snowy village paths, the indoor fireplace glows against natural wood accents, inviting you to settle in. Later, steam rises from the hot tub on the balcony while crisp mountain air surrounds you - a peaceful contrast to the day’s alpine adventure.

Living spaces
The main living area centers around the indoor fireplace, with comfortable seating arranged for relaxed evenings together. A wall-mounted TV offers an easy option for movie nights, while sliding doors open to the patio or balcony for a breath of fresh winter air. The dining table seats seven and connects seamlessly to the kitchen, creating an easy flow for shared meals and après-ski gatherings.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing breakfast before heading to the lifts or a hearty dinner at day’s end. With ample space to cook and gather, it supports everything from simple snacks to sit-down meals. A coffee maker and hot water kettle make early mornings easy, while the dishwasher simplifies cleanup so you can return to relaxing by the fire.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom on the main level features a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and private balcony seating. The ensuite includes a double vanity, a glass-enclosed rain shower, and a soaker tub - ideal for unwinding after long days on the mountain. A second bedroom offers twin beds, while the third bedroom on the upper level includes a king-split bed and a TV. Additional sleeping space is available with a pullout sofa in the media room, allowing the home to comfortably sleep 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 beds.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the townhouse. In addition to the primary ensuite, the ground-floor bath includes a shower and in-suite laundry, and the upper-level bath features a single vanity and a glass-enclosed shower. Bathroom essentials are provided for convenience.

Outdoor living
The balcony offers a hot tub and BBQ grill, along with outdoor furniture for taking in the alpine setting. Even in the colder months, the contrast of warm water and snowy surroundings creates a memorable winter experience.

Convenience & amenities
You will have Wifi with a dedicated workspace, heating, portable fans, an indoor fireplace, washer and dryer, and a private entrance. Free parking garage on premises makes arrivals simple, and self check-in with a smart lock allows flexibility. Long term stays allowed.

Neighborhood
Located within the Crystal Ridge complex on Blackcomb Mountain, the townhouse places you near the slopes, Lost Lake, and the free village shuttle, with Whistler Village close by. It is well suited for families or small groups seeking a winter-focused mountain stay with space to gather after full days outdoors.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

No matter what the season, Crystal Ridge is an ideal choice for families or large groups wanting spaciousness in a glorious mountainside setting that’s within easy walking distance of the village. Located in the quiet Upper Village area, you’re just 300 metres from the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. Or take advantage of the free village shuttle bus or ski shuttle bus for convenient access to the entire resort.

Getting Around

• 12-minute walk to or 3-minute drive to Blackcomb Gondola
• 12-minute walk to Upper Village
• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course
• 20-minute walk or 10-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• 20-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market
• 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market
• Free shuttle to Village: Exit the complex and turn right, the bus stop will be on the right going downhill

Other Things To Note

• Parking. Please note that the parking stall next to the front door does not belong to Crystal Ridge #13; the designated parking for this home is inside the garage, and will not accommodate a large SUV. Exterior visitor stalls are first come, first served with a parking pass. Guests are only permitted to use one visitor space.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Incredible place to stay. Clean, nice, convenient, cozy, perfect for our trip. Hosts were professional and extremely helpful.
Parking garage is small, can’t fit a larger vehicle. Pay close attention to the parking instructions. You will be towed if you park two cars outside in the common spaces.

Can't say a negative word about this place! It's a large townhouse that could fit many people and I loved that they had 3 bathrooms! Hot tub was clean and maintained. There were games for adults and the kids. You truly can walk straight to black comb and ski. You have 5 star resorts you pass on your way and a very quick drive to Nesters for food items.
If I could add anything, I suppose a step stool for little ones but hey I'm just reaching because you truly are in an awesome place of you rent the house!

Crystal Ridge 13 is a beautiful house in Whistler Blackcomb. Our family of 5 had the most comfortable stay here, fully equipped with hot tub and essential washing machine. The house is in the perfect location, walking distance to the shops/restaurants and gondolas or the free shuttle bus stops right out front. Such a peaceful beautiful property with super comfy beds. We also arranged the Black Tie ski rental through Whistler Platinum which was stress free. What a holiday! Will totally come back to Crystal Ridge 13.

The Perfect Place
This was such a lovely townhouse in a great location. We had plenty of space for a family of 4, and the unit was nicely decorated, comfortable, and very clean. We all had our own rooms and own bathrooms. The living room provided an ideal space for lounging and enjoying movies. We utilized the small yet well-equipped kitchen to prepare our meals, and indulged in the porch hot tub every single day. The woods surrounding the unit made the place feel very private. No one was staying in the units on either side of us, which was nice. It was about a 5 min walk to the base of Blackcomb and a 10-12 min walk to Whistler Village, both using the path behind the unit. We relished the opportunity to escape the busyness of the village, all while conveniently remaining within walking distance. My only negative is that there were NO cooking essentials at all, such as olive oil, non-stick spray, or seasonings (other than cheap salt and pepper), so we needed to purchase these items. The concierge service was fantastic! They recommended restaurants, answered questions quickly, and even booked excursions for us. It was truly fantastic to be free from the burden of an extensive checklist for cleaning tasks upon check-out, unlike other rental experiences. Overall, we had an amazing time! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%. Thank you for a great trip!!

Firewood
As I outlined in my previous messages I am very disappointed that as guests we were charged for firewood. When we arrived from memory there were 3 individual plastic bags containing a single small log. They only burn for approx 1hr. I was provided an additional 2 boxes ( that I think contained 4 single small logs ) and once they ran out ( as we were there for 15 nights ) we were charged for additional fire wood on top of the $14,500 rental we paid. We have been coming to North America for 15 years to ski and we have never had to pay for firewood. I think this is completely unreasonable given the rental we were paying for the property and I would like these comments brought to the attention of the proprietor of Whistler Platinum and perhaps the property owner.

Our family of five really enjoyed this townhouse. It is newly renovated (as advertised), well located (20 minute walk to the village) and extremely roomy for a family to spread out. The outdoor hot tub was especially appreciated after long days on the hills. The service from Whistler Platinum was very attentive and the townhouse was clean and very well appointed.

Lovely place in a great location
Close to all benchland venues, can walk everywhere. Great townhouse with well stocked kitchen, some games, private hot tub, separate den giving space for different groups. Good quality bedding and towels. Well maintained.
