Set in a peaceful neighborhood close to the village, this alpine retreat balances easy access with a calm, home-like atmosphere.

Living spaces
The main living areas are designed for time together. Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and large windows bring in natural light while the sunken living room centers around an indoor gas fireplace, creating a comfortable place to gather after skiing or winter walks. A separate media room with a TV offers a relaxed option for movie nights or quieter downtime away from the main space. Heating and air conditioning throughout the home support comfort year-round.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen connects seamlessly to the living area, making it easy to cook and spend time together. It is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, and the dining table seats eight comfortably. A breakfast bar adds flexibility for casual mornings before heading out. Whether meals are simple or shared over long conversations, the space is set up for relaxed winter stays.

Sleeping arrangements
All four bedrooms are located on the upper level, offering privacy and separation from the main living spaces.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub and a glass-enclosed shower.

The second bedroom includes a king bed, TV, vaulted ceilings, and its own ensuite with a glass shower.

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and TV.

The fourth bedroom features a twin bunk bed and TV, well suited for children or additional guests.

A shared bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves the upper level, while an additional full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower is located on the main floor.

Outdoor space
Sliding glass doors lead to a covered patio where you can step outside for fresh mountain air between adventures. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ are available when weather allows, though winter conditions may limit extended outdoor use.

Practical comforts
The home includes in-suite laundry, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and a private entrance with self check-in. Parking is available in a private single-car garage with additional driveway space. Storage for sports equipment supports ski and winter gear.

Neighborhood
Located in Blueberry Hill near Alta Lake, the home offers a peaceful residential setting just minutes from Whistler Village and Creekside. You can enjoy village dining, winter walks, and year-round outdoor activities, then return each evening to a quiet alpine base.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the main residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A single-car garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

A tenant resides in the separate basement suite. A quiet long-term tenant lives in the attached basement suite. The garage is partitioned into two sections, with one space reserved for the tenant and one exclusively for guest use. For your privacy, the tenant does not have access to the guest’s side of the garage or the home.

Just a short drive from both Whistler Village and Creekside, it offers easy access to dining, shopping, and recreational activities.
