The upper floor is dedicated to the primary bedroom, where a king bed, sitting area, and gas fireplace offer a private refuge, along with an ensuite featuring a glass-enclosed shower and deep soaking tub. The second upper floor includes one bedroom with a queen bed and its own deck, while a second queen bedroom sits nearby with access to a separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. On the main floor, the fourth bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds, positioned beside a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a nearby powder room.
Living spaces
Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows shape the main living room, framing forest views and bringing the winter landscape indoors. A gas fireplace anchors the room, creating a natural gathering point for evenings after the slopes. A reserved parking spot at the Pan Pacific Mountainside offers added convenience for village access.
Practical details
A mudroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, heated two-car garage with additional driveway parking, EV charger, elevator (does not service the top floor primary bedroom), and private entrance support ease of stay. Guests have access to wifi, heating, portable fans, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a smart lock for self check-in. Parties and events are not allowed, quiet hours run from 10 pm to 8 am, smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
