Sleeping arrangements
The home spans four levels and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. The primary bedroom occupies the upper floor and includes a king bed, a sitting area, and a gas fireplace. Its ensuite bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower and a deep soaking tub.
On the second upper floor, one bedroom offers a queen bed and a private deck, while another bedroom includes a queen bed and easy access to a separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. On the main floor, the fourth bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds. This level also includes a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a powder room near the entrance.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a comfortable space to prepare meals during your stay and is paired with a dining area that seats 10 guests. Whether you're gathering for breakfast before heading out or enjoying dinner together in the evening, the layout makes it easy to bring everyone together around the table.
Outdoor living
Step outside onto the deck just off the living room where the surrounding forest creates a peaceful backdrop. After a day in the mountains, unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the BBQ grill. Outdoor furniture offers a place to sit and take in the quiet setting.
Practical amenities
The home includes a mudroom for storing equipment, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a heated garage with space for two vehicles. The driveway provides additional parking, and an EV charger is available on the property. A reserved parking spot at the Pan Pacific Mountainside in Whistler Village adds convenient access when heading toward the lifts or exploring the village.
An elevator connects the levels of the house, making it easy to move between floors. Guests also have access to Wifi, a dedicated workspace, and self check-in with a smart lock.
Neighborhood
Located in Whistler’s Blueberry Hill neighborhood, the home sits in a quiet area surrounded by trees. The Valley Trail is about a five-minute walk away, and Whistler Village and the Gondola can be reached by car in under ten minutes. Shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and golf are all within a short drive.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
