Snow settles quietly over the surrounding pines as you make your way into this warm Whistler retreat, where the glow of an indoor fireplace and mountain views set the tone for cozy winter days. After time on the slopes or wandering the village, the townhouse offers spaces designed for lingering - whether you sink into the living room seating with the fire lit or step out into the crisp air for a restorative moment in the private hot tub. Mornings unfold slowly here, shaped by soft winter light and peaceful views through wide windows.

Living spaces
An open-concept layout brings everyone together with ease, with seating arranged around the indoor fireplace and windows framing the snow-covered landscape. The dining table for eight sits beside a breakfast bar for three, giving you room to gather for meals or conversation. A media room offers another place to unwind, complete with a large TV and wet bar so you can settle in comfortably after days outdoors.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove, and built-in coffee station, providing everything you need to prepare meals at your own pace. When you want a simple grilled dinner, you can step out to the balcony and use the BBQ, then return to the dining area for relaxed evenings surrounded by winter views.

Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that also warms its ensuite bathroom, where you will find a glass-enclosed shower and a deep soaking bathtub. A second bedroom includes a king-split bed, while a third offers a tri-bunk bed; both share a separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom features a king-split bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower that also connects to the hallway.

Outdoor living
Winter evenings feel especially calm on the patio, where the private hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace invite you to unwind in the fresh alpine air. The balcony provides additional seating and the BBQ, offering year-round use.

Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and in-unit laundry add day-to-day convenience for short or extended stays. Essentials, home safety features, a safe, portable fans, and clothing storage support comfort throughout your time here. A private entrance with a smart lock simplifies arrival, and the two-car garage and spacious mudroom make it easy to store winter gear.

Neighborhood
Close to the Whistler village stroll yet tucked away for quiet, the townhouse gives you access to the rhythm of the mountain while offering a peaceful place to return each day. Snowy paths, soft light, and the stillness of the season create the perfect backdrop for a winter stay in Whistler.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.

Getting Around

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll
• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants
• 2-minute drive to the Whistler day parking lots
• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails
• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

Great place - couple of minor flaws
Love the place for our family of 8. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped. Parking for one or two is acceptable but larger families with more than two cars will need to park at costly, more distant garages making it very challenging to load and unload ski gear and adding complexity and time. Kitchen faucet is an engineering disaster and should be replaced with one that actually flows inside the sink. Overall though, a lovely place and would highly recommend for those with 2 cars or less.

Family ski week
Whistler has been on our list and we finally made it (we are from the US East Coast). This property was a great place for all. Snow was decent but no powder which was a little disappointing. Bus strike put a damper but was not as bad as we anticipated. We were able to either walk or drive and park (with ski equipment).

Winter Getaway
We brought our adult daughters and their significant others for a getaway. We had the best time. The snow was an all time best. We have been coming to Whistler for over 20+ years and this was the best snow we have seen. The property was perfect. We loved the indoor garage!!! and layout of the condo itself.

Top Notch Townhouse
Outstanding townhouse within walking distance to village; extremely well-maintained and well-equipped; crisp white bed linens, Frette towels, Aveda bath products, comfy and spotless! We have been renting at Whistler for 25 years and now only rent units that are managed by Whistler Platinum as they are consistently high-end hotel quality.

Skiing in Whistler Canada
Last time our family stayed in Whistler we rented a three bedroom apartment in the centre of Whistler. This apartment was very noisy so we decided to look for Accomodation out of the Centre. The Fitzsimmons Walk Townhome was excellent. The Townhome was a 20 minute walk to the Gondolas. We usually walked into town for the restaurants and hired taxis when in our ski gear to the Gondolas. This was an $8.00 taxi fare including tip. The Townhome was well furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The Whistler Platinum team were very helpful and efficient.

Ski Trip
The booking experience and pre-trip communication with the property management company, Whistler Platinum, was straightforward and friendly. Check-in was quick yet as informative as you wanted it to be. Initial impression of the condo was good. It was clean, in good condition and well equipped for cooking and dining. Only inconvenience was the hot tub. Staff apparently locked it while were were skiing on our 3rd day and we were unable to access it before dinner reservations that evening due to slow response from guest services. Overall we were pleased with the property.

Great experience and service
We stayed for 9 nights and would certainly go back. There were 2 families with 4 kids in total and plenty of room for the kids and adults to enjoy themselves. We had a few issues with the D/W, security alarm, TV, but thought Whistler Platinum service was very responsive and effective. Only less than a 5 min drive to the village and the indoor parking garage made it much easier and more convenient.
