Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms spread across the upper and lower levels offer privacy and comfort for up to eight guests. The upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a double-sided indoor fireplace that opens to its ensuite, which includes a soaking bathtub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom includes a king bed, and a third bedroom offers a queen bed, both near a shared bathroom with a deep soaking tub and rain shower. On the lower level, a fourth bedroom with a king-split bed includes an ensuite that can also be accessed from the hallway. A powder room sits conveniently on the main level.

Snowy mountain air is easy to enjoy from the backyard, where the hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace offer a warm retreat. Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. • Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
