The space
Nestled in the Fitzsimmons Walk neighborhood, this townhouse offers a calm retreat within walking distance of Whistler Village. Scenic paths along the Valley Trail connect you to shops, restaurants, and gondola access while keeping the home tucked away in a quiet residential setting. The layout balances shared living areas with private bedrooms, making it well suited for groups spending time together after full days exploring Whistler’s mountains.

Inside, the home features spacious living and dining areas designed for gathering. Large windows frame the surrounding alpine setting, while an indoor fireplace creates a warm atmosphere during colder months. A dedicated workspace and Wifi allow you to stay connected if needed, while the media room on the ground floor provides a comfortable space for movie nights with a large TV and wet bar.

Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels, the townhouse accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms.

On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that adds warmth to the room. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaking bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity.

The second bedroom includes a double bed, while the third bedroom offers a king-split bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom also features a king-split bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. An additional bathroom with a soaking tub and overhead rain shower is located on the upper floor.

Outdoor living
Step outside to enjoy the quiet mountain surroundings from the patio or balcony. The outdoor area includes a BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and a hot tub where you can unwind while taking in views of the surrounding mountains. After a day in the snow, soaking in the hot tub offers a relaxing way to warm up and slow down.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for preparing meals together, with ample space and a breakfast bar that seats three. A dining table seats eight, creating a welcoming spot for shared dinners or relaxed mornings with coffee before heading out to explore the area.

Convenience & amenities
Practical features help make longer stays comfortable, including a kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, heating, and clothing storage. Guests also benefit from a private entrance, self check-in with a smart lock, and free parking garage on premises. Bathroom essentials are provided for convenience.

Neighborhood
Fitzsimmons Walk is known for its quiet setting and easy access to Whistler Village. The Valley Trail runs nearby, offering scenic walking routes through the area year-round. Nesters Market is located just across the road for groceries, and the village center - with its restaurants, shops, and mountain access - is a short walk away.

Whether you spend your days skiing, winter hiking, or simply enjoying the mountain atmosphere, this townhouse offers a comfortable base to return to at the end of every adventure.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.

Getting Around

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll
•  4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants
• 2-minute drive to the Whistler Day Parking Lots
• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails
• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.

Other Things To Note

• Stairs. The home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Great location close to the bus stop into Whistler Village, good space for our group of 8 people, hot tube worked great, we were able to cook one night in the kitchen, easy underground parking, rental was managed by a management company, would rent again

Great condo! Easily accommodated the 8 guests in our party. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We had a car so it was a short drive to the lifts and restaurants in the village. Highly recommended!

Perfect quiet spot - excellent service
We love Fitzsimmons walk. It's quiet (far enough from the Whistler Village crowds) but still an easy 10-15 min walk to the village and during the walk you can enjoy views of the spectacular surrounding mountains. The townhouses have everything you might need for your stay either in summer or winter. It's comfortable and cosy. The hot tub is great. We were very impressed with the service we got from Whistler Platinum - the house was in great shape and very clean, easy to talk to and really good follow up. Just note that if you don't like steep staircases (and 3 floors), this might not be the best place for you. But if you are in good shape from your hiking, biking or ski/snow boarding - you'll be fine!

Great Week in WhiteGold
We loved this 4 bedroom luxury townhouse in White Gold had 2 good friends stay with us for 4 days and felt it was very private they stayed on the lower level with the King bed and ensuite. We stayed in the top floor master so we all had space to relax after a big day hiking . The main floor was perfect of dinner party for eight had good friends join us one night all left feeling it was the perfect night a great catch up. I would totally recommend this to the discerning traveller who wants a better whistler experience.

Our stay was amazing! A group of 6 adults and 2 kids were comfortable in the condo, plenty of space for everyone to read, watch TV, hot tub, relax, and congregate without stepping on each other!
The hosts were very communicative, providing checkin details, a personal call the day of checkin, and clear instructions for access.
The unit has a full garage that can accommodate two smaller vehicles. There was lots of visitor parking available for our trucks, all underground so things stayed warm/frost-free.
Kitchen is large with all utensils/pans you’d want! We only found salt/pepper in the cupboard, so plan to pickup any other spices you need. The appliances were brand new and top-notch!

Perfect location!
Great space that accommodated our group. The space was well stocked with everything you would need. You will need to bring your own spices if you plan to cook. Plenty of towels and comfy beds. Great location to The Village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home property. Great communication. Quick response to inquiry. We have stayed here before and love coming here for some RNR. Everything was perfect except a broken espresso machine which they came to look at but needs replaced. Hopefully they will fix this for the next guest especially if they are coffee drinkers. :)

NEW Fitzsimmons Walk 24 met our expectations. We stayed at the property last year while skiing at Whistler Blackcomb and returned again this year. Beautiful view, comfortable accommodations, and excellent location in walking distance to Whistler Village. Recommend the cleaning staff mop the flooring better. The owner has a beautiful property and would expect thorough cleaning in preparation for guests renting the property. We mopped the kitchen flooring upon our arrival to remove stains from the prior guests. Some basic additions would be a can opener, a wooden cutting board and a small chair in the bedrooms. Other than those few exceptions, we will most likely rent again during the same time next year. Whistler Platinum property management company does a fabulous job. Very attentive, friendly, and professional. Thank you for everything.

Fabulous unit in every way
These Fitzsimmons properties are wonderful - the amenities in this unit were outstanding, everything was super clean, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet (but yet close to the village). I would definitely stay here again! The property management was excellent - very responsive throughout our stay.

Great getaway in Whistler
These Fitzsimmons units are wonderful, and this one was extremely well maintained with terrific amenities. The management company (Whistler Platinum) was excellent, and made the entire stay from checkin to checkout totally seamless. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Whistler home!
Well appointed and clean. With 3 levels and 4 bedrooms, it was spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated the high end kitchen appliances as we love to cook and had many memorable dinners. The private hot tub is a must for us and we used it every day and enjoyed it immensely along with the outdoor fireplace and amazing mountain views. We generally prefer a ski-in/ski-out location but we took advantage of renting storage lockers at the the Whistler base so we could enjoy the short stroll to the lifts. Overall we had a great experience and time and look forward to our next visit here!
