Soft morning light slips through tall windows as you take in the quiet flow of Fitzsimmons Creek and the snow-covered silhouettes of Blackcomb Mountain. After a day on the slopes or wandering the winter paths into the village, you can settle into the warmth of the gas fireplace or step outside to feel the crisp mountain air rising from the terrace. Evenings invite slow moments in the hot tub or time gathered in the great room as snow drifts softly outside.

Living spaces
Vaulted ceilings and a gas-burning fireplace shape a calm, inviting atmosphere on the main level, where the living, dining, and kitchen areas connect seamlessly. Large windows frame winter scenes, while the terrace extends the space for moments of fresh air. A media-ready setup supports relaxed nights in, and a second living area on the lower level offers additional room to unwind, complete with a wet bar for easy refreshments.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen brings everything together for shared meals, equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, generous counter space, and a large island that encourages conversation while you cook. From here, you can move easily to the dining area or step outside to the BBQ grill when the weather allows.

Sleeping arrangements
The upper level is home to the primary suite, featuring a king bed, a private balcony overlooking the winter landscape, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, deep soaker tub, and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with a twin bunk bed share a bathroom with a shower-over-tub. On the lower level, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed sits beside a modern bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A half bath is also available.

Outdoor living
Set along Fitzsimmons Creek, the outdoor areas offer a peaceful retreat in every season. In winter, the terrace and outdoor fireplace create a sheltered space to breathe in the cold mountain air, while the hot tub provides a warm, restorative spot to end the day.

Amenities
The townhouse includes air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and in-suite laundry with a washer and dryer. Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Entertainment options include a TV and sound system. Parking is available in the private garage, and a private entrance and smart lock support easy arrivals. The mudroom offers convenient space for storing gear.

Neighborhood
Located in Fitzsimmons Walk just north of Whistler Village, the townhouse sits beside the Valley Trail along the creek in a quiet, walkable setting. Restaurants, shops, and the gondolas are within reach, and Nesters Market is just across the road. It's a setting where winter energy meets calm retreat, giving you close access to the village while keeping each return home peaceful.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.

Getting Around

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll
• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants
• 2-minute drive to the Whistler day parking lots
• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails
• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Awesome spot
Absolutely loved this place for our Whistler trip! The location is perfect, close enough to walk into town and get to the lifts easily, but still tucked away so it feels peaceful and private. It was super comfortable for all 8 of us with plenty of space to hang out together and not feel crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked and great for cooking big group dinners after skiing. Such a fun, easy, and memorable spot for a mountain getaway.
