Snow settles quietly along the forested paths as you make your way back from the mountain, boots dusted white and cheeks warmed by the cold. Inside, a gas fireplace flickers, casting a steady glow across the living room while the evergreens beyond the balcony stand still in the winter air. Mornings begin with crisp light through the trees and the promise of fresh tracks just steps away.

Sleeping arrangements
This two-level townhouse accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. The upper level features a primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third includes two twin beds. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves these rooms. On the main level, a powder room adds convenience.

Living spaces
After a day on the slopes, settle into comfortable seating around the indoor fireplace and unwind with the TV or quiet conversation. Sliding doors lead to a patio or balcony overlooking the surrounding forest - a peaceful vantage point for watching snowfall drift through the trees. Heating and portable fans help maintain comfort indoors throughout your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, whether preparing breakfast before heading to the Blackcomb Gondola or gathering for a relaxed dinner in the evening. A dining table seats eight, creating room to share meals, plan the next day’s runs, or linger over warm drinks. Essentials and thoughtful layout support easy mornings and unhurried evenings.

Self check-in with a Smart lock supports flexible arrivals, and Long term stays allowed make the space suitable for extended winter visits.

Neighborhood
Located in the Benchlands, the townhouse places you within approximately a 10-minute walk of the Blackcomb Gondola. Quiet forest paths and winter routes surround the complex, and the free shuttle stops just outside, offering convenient connections to Whistler Village and both mountain bases. It’s a setting that balances mountain access with a calm retreat at the end of each ski day.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

Tucked away in the peaceful Benchlands, Forest Trails gives you the best of both worlds—calm, tree-lined surroundings and the slopes just a short stroll away. You’re moments from the Upper Village’s dining scene, yet it still feels like your own private corner of Whistler. In winter, ski home through the woods; in summer, wander trails that start right outside your door.

Getting Around

• This complex is under a 5 minute walk to the closest shuttle stop, serviced by the free #5 Whistler Transit Shuttle Bus. During the winter months, the shuttle runs from 6:30 am to 1:30 am and runs every 15 minutes on a continuous loop to both mountain bases and Whistler Village.

Other Things To Note

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Whistler premier was very responsive host. We appreciated having groceries being delivered before our arrival. Also unit was in good shape with everything in good working order. Bus stop to slopes was convenient. Only negative is parking spaces are VERY snug if you drive anything bigger than a compact car.

Absolutely perfect place to stay for the long weekend of biking in Whistler, it was so quiet and easy. The garage was a huge plus for all our bikes and the space felts well equipped for cooking. Would 100% stay there again.

Spacious and comfortable, well equipped apartment
This is a fantastic apartment for skiers and non skiers alike The spotlessly clean residence was the best equipped that I have ever stayed in - from a hairdryer for each bedroom to the pizza cutter and blender in the kitchen- this was truly a home from home - warm and very spacious and lovely toiletries too! The apartment is very well situated in a quiet complex , within easy reach, on foot ,for Blackcomb mountain,but also with a very convenient bus stop just outside that takes you efficiently to Whistler Village ( no 5)in just a few minutes.( connections there also for a bus to the big supermarket- no 4 bus) For non skiers, the cultural centre is just a few minutes away and nature trails to Lost Lake etc are just across the road. Staff were very helpful and I would highly recommend

Awesome Airbnb for a ski trip! Townhouse was clean, comfortable, and was in a great location! Close to shuttle stop, but also a walkable distance to Blackcomb and Whistler villages. Free parking (cover outdoor guest space and garage) and in-unit washer and dryer was such a plus!

Loved this condo. 3 full size bedrooms upstairs and then good sized living space downstairs. Great shower in the master bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. When there is snow on the ground you can almost ski to the door (with one road crossing) both ways.

Nice condo

Our group of five had a wonderful stay here! The location was amazing, a quick walk to blackcomb base and whistler village, we never needed the car once we arrived. The condo had everything we needed for a great long weekend, all cooking gadgets, comfy couches and even shampoos. I'd highly recommend this property for groups of 6 or less.

Comfortable place to stay in great location
We had a great stay in this spacious well appointed apartment. It had everything you could need. The beds were comfortable. And there was plenty of space to relax. It's about a five minute walk to the nearest ski lift. A ten to fifteen minute walk to Whistler village. We'd highly recommend it.
