The upper level features the primary bedroom, where a queen bed and TV offer a comfortable place to unwind, along with an open view overlooking the living area below. A secondary bedroom on the main level includes another queen bed and ample storage. The den provides a single trundle bed with a lofted second single bed. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. Two full bathrooms support the layout, including one with a bathtub-shower combination and double vanity, and another with a glass-enclosed rain shower.
Kitchen & dining
The open-concept main floor keeps everyone connected after time in the snow. A fully equipped kitchen flows directly into a dining area that seats six, giving you room to prepare and enjoy warm winter meals together. With essentials in place for everyday cooking, the space supports both short visits and longer stays.
Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning is available in the upstairs bedroom and living room, while the indoor fireplace adds welcome warmth during colder months. An in-unit washer and dryer, wifi, and a dedicated workspace make extended stays easy. Guests have access to bathroom essentials, bed linens, towels, cleaning products, clothing storage, a safe, extra pillows and blankets, and portable fans.
Outdoor living & parking
The private deck offers a quiet perch overlooking the surrounding forest, ideal for stepping out into the crisp winter air. Secure underground parking for one vehicle is included, with additional paid parking off-site. Bike storage is available within the parking stall for guests who bring their own lock.

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
