This two-level townhome comfortably accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms and a versatile den space. The upper level is home to the primary bedroom, featuring a queen bed, closets, and ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Connected to the primary bedroom, the flexible den provides additional space to watch TV, read, or accommodate extra guests with a fold-down bed. Sliding doors allow the den and primary bedroom to be separated for added privacy, while a second full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower is also located on this level for guest convenience.
The main level features a second bedroom with a twin bunk bed and an internal window (non-opening). A powder room is located opposite for added convenience.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Quiet hours. Municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• Strictly no parties or events. This will result in immediate eviction from the property
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
