A second bathroom provides a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity for added convenience.

The home is located in the Gleneagle complex in Whistler’s Benchlands neighborhood, within walking distance of the Upper Village, Lost Lake, and the Blackcomb Gondola - approximately 700 meters away. The nearby village shuttle stop makes it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and both mountain bases without needing to drive.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Gleneagles complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
