The townhouse sits along the 16th fairway of Nicklaus North Golf Course, about a 7-minute drive from Whistler Village and the base of the mountains. Renovated in December 2019, the two-story home offers an open-concept main level with air conditioning throughout, balanced by heating and portable fans for comfort in every season. Large windows capture views of Whistler and Blackcomb, and the primary bedroom balcony overlooks Green Lake. Guests also have lake access via a path or dock.
Please note that a roofing project will be underway throughout the Goldenwood complex from late March (weather-dependent) through the end of July. During this time, guests may experience intermittent daytime construction activity and noise as contractors complete essential building improvements. Accommodation rates have been adjusted and an additional construction discount is applied at the time of booking to help offset any potential disturbances during your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, its own fireplace, a private balcony, and an ensuite with a double vanity, deep soaking tub, and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed beside a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub-shower combo. On the main level, the fourth bedroom has a queen bed, a desk, and a private ensuite. A powder room adds additional convenience.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances, and heated slate floors. A dining table seats ten, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The space is designed for shared meals, whether you are preparing breakfast before heading out or settling in for a relaxed dinner together.
Outdoor living
Step onto the patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, or head upstairs to the deck where the private hot tub awaits. Even in winter, the contrast of warm water and cool mountain air creates a memorable way to end the day.

The home includes Wifi and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair. A washer and dryer are in-unit, and essentials are provided. An indoor fireplace, TV, safe, and private entrance add ease to your stay. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for flexible arrival, and luggage dropoff allowed and long term stays allowed offer added convenience. A free parking garage on premises accommodates two vehicles, with one additional driveway space available.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.
