The Space
Goldenwood 8337 is a bright two-story townhouse set along the 16th fairway of Nicklaus North Golf Course, just a short 7-minute drive from Whistler Village and the base of the mountains. Renovated in December 2019, the open-concept main level features vaulted ceilings, exposed log beams, warm hardwood floors, and expansive windows framing views of Whistler and Blackcomb. Air conditioning runs throughout, creating a comfortable retreat after a day outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms comfortably host up to eight guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, fireplace, a private balcony overlooking Green Lake, and an ensuite with a double vanity, deep soaking tub, and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed beside a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, with its own ensuite and a bathtub-shower combo. On the main level, the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed, a desk, and a private ensuite, with an additional powder room nearby.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances, and everything you need for shared meals. Gather around the dining table that seats ten or enjoy casual mornings at the breakfast bar. Whether you’re brewing coffee before first tracks or settling in after an evening out, the space is designed for easy time together.
Outdoor living
Step outside to the patio or balcony for fresh mountain air, then unwind in the private hot tub after a day of skiing or exploring. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture make it easy to enjoy time outside between adventures.

You’ll have in-unit washer and dryer access, fast wifi, a dedicated workspace, and bathroom essentials provided. Portable fans, heating, and an indoor fireplace keep the home comfortable year-round, with added peace of mind from smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.

A two-car garage is available for small vehicles, with one additional driveway space. Entry is simple with a private entrance and self check-in via smart lock.

Set in Whistler’s quiet Nicklaus North neighborhood, the townhouse is within walking distance of the Table Nineteen restaurant, and Meadow Park Sports Centre. Lost Lake trails are nearby, and the village, gondolas, and grocery stores are just minutes away by car or bike.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.
