Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a walk-through closet, and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower, single vanity, and a sauna. This space does not have an external window but offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. The secondary bedroom features a queen bed with views overlooking Blackcomb Mountain and the village.
Living spaces
The open-plan living area brings together cozy seating, soft lighting, and rustic barn board accents, creating an inviting retreat after full winter days. Large sliding doors connect the space to the covered deck and hot tub, allowing you to move easily between the alpine air outside and the warmth of the indoor fireplace.

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters provides everything needed for preparing meals. A breakfast bar and wooden dining table offer flexible spots for casual mornings or relaxed dinners after time on the mountain.

In-suite laundry, heating, wifi, a dedicated workspace, and secure underground parking for one vehicle support an easy and comfortable stay. Additional conveniences include a private entrance, indoor fireplace, safe, clothing storage, and bathroom and bedroom essentials. Shared ski storage is available in the garage, and both a grocery store and liquor store are conveniently located just downstairs.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Other Things To Note
• No external window in the primary bedroom. Please note there is no external window in the primary bedroom
• Hot tub jets and sauna may not be used at the same time; when the sauna is switched on, the hot tub jets will be turned off automatically. Once the sauna has been turned off, please expect a 20 minute delay before the hot • tub jets resume functionality.
• Ski storage. Please be aware that the shared ski storage is in the garage. We advise you to bring your own ski lock
• Stairs. There is no elevator in the building, access from the car park is up two flights of stairs. Access from the street is up one flight of stairs
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
