My wife and I are very experienced travelers. We have stayed at the nicest hotels, resorts and homes across the globe. Our stay at this home was far and away the nicest home that we have stayed in. We opened the garage and made our way into the home and were stunned with its beauty, charm and how well appointed the home truly is. Bottom line, when I tell you that you will not be disappointed, you can trust me.Regarding the management team, so easy to work with from check in to check out they were very easy to work with to ensure seamless access and departure. We had two episodes where we could not locate a couple of things and the management team was very responsive and courteous and solved our issues immediately.As good as the management is, the star of the show is the home. Beautiful views from the main room and the deck set the ambiance for our stay. Indeed, we had plans for a few things but we loved the home so much we didn't leave for two days. The kitchen is so well stocked with every known utensil that we had a great time cooking together. The bedrooms were wonderful and the bathrooms with big walk-in showers and tubs...just wonderful. The media room was great to take in an episode of White Lotus. Lastly the wood burning fireplace in the main room was such a delight and coffee on the deck in the morning with the outdoor fireplace was a slice of heaven. We both agreed this one of our most favorite stays of traveling together for over 23 years.

It is the house that made my kids want to go back to Whistler next summer. It is huge even for 10 people, well-maintained like a brand new house, with luxurious decoration and design. It was very thoughtful that it came with a nice stereo system and various board games, so we didn't feel bored at all even though we spent most of the time in the house. I'm already planning to come back next summer.

I’ve stayed at some swanky places in my life, but this might be the top. The views are incredible, and the entire place makes you feel like you’re in the 0.1% club. Hosts were incredibly thoughtful with a welcome basket and champagne, and we had zero issues for the entire stay. It’s one of those places you never want to leave!

A superb and lovely place to stay. We were a party of two semi-extended families, including a baby, young kids, and a bunch of adults. The house was roomy and perfectly suited to us. The kitchen was perfectly supplied with everything that we needed - excellent!
I would highly recomment this place to anyone who needs to accomodate a group of more than 12 or so people.

What a gorgeous home with a gorgeous view!! Aside from a bit of construction nearby, it was an extremely quiet and peaceful stay! We enjoyed quiet mornings on the deck by the fire and walks up the road.
The home/kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the Whistler Platinum team was very helpful and responsive.
I’d highly recommend this home for your next family/group trip to Whistler!

Let's just say that pictures will not do this place any justice. Each room and bathroom gets better as you dive into each space. The TV/theater room was huge but cozy, the main living area and kitchen were massive and very well equipped. Being a chef and having to cook for 12 people, I had no issues with only needing to bring my favorite knife. The staff of whistler platinum were great and were able to help us without any grief. If anyone is looking to spend a little extra to really experience a luxurious weekend in whistler, this is it.

From the get go the service was fantastic. On arrival the Whistler Platinum staff organised our ski passes ski rental and luggage storage so that we could ski on day 1 of our holiday. The house at 2927 was everything we expected and more. The house was spotless. The kitchen was so well appointed with everything we could possibly need. We loved the open fire which gave the gave the house a really cosy feel. The hot tub and steam room were a welcome relief after a hard days skiing. When the weather was clear we even enjoyed a glass of wine by the outdoor fire watching the sunset ! Amazing! Ski in ski out was a bit tricky but managed by most of the group. All in all a fantastic stay and we would throughly recommend 2729 friends and family. In fact we already have.

We are are group of 5 proud parents celebrating our last child graduating from college. We wanted to celebrate no more tution payments. My coworker’s sister owned a house in Whistler that was big enough for all 10 of us. Loved it from the time we saw the pics. The house upon arrival was unbelievable and spotless. The view was spectacular and we even saw a bear in the yard. The staff was very helpful. Couldn’t have celebrated any better. Thanks again. We made many fond memories.

The staff at platinum are very nice. House was very nice, everythig. We needed. A couple surprising issues. 1. The construction noise is in fact a excavator jackhammering from 7am on. That along with the constant drone of ac/dc playing from contractors stereos was disappointing. Quite surprising that a house of this caliber aas built without air conditioning? That being said, the house was beautiful.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree that the construction is quite unpleasant and have included a 30% discount on all of the homes for this reason. Upon reading your review we did adjust the wording on our construction notice with more details about what to expect. We can't wait for the current builds in this community to complete so our guests can enjoy all that these beautiful homes have to offer during the summer months, without interruption. Great Property with easy drive to Village. Nice modern touches throughout house. Friendly greet staff. Only draw backs were 1 TV in whole house and the path to ski out was a bit difficult.

The only thing we are not the most happy about was that there was no curtain in one of the rooms. And that the temperature of the hot tub was not high enough.

We're glad that overall, your experience was top notch. We have passed along your feedback to the owner representative with regards to the blinds in the master, something we have looked into previously, however the design of the house makes it difficult to find any that fit. After receiving a call regarding the temperature of the hot tub we attended to find that the water was low which prevented the tub from reaching the desired temperatures. With a quick top up we were glad to know that there were no further issues with the hot tub.
