Spread across two levels and 4,646 square feet, the home offers five bedrooms for up to twelve guests. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, generous windows, and a seating area, with an ensuite that includes a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A secondary suite also has a king bed and an ensuite with its own soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom offers king-split beds with an ensuite walk-in shower, while the fourth includes two bunk beds and an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom provides a queen bed with an ensuite featuring a steam-room shower and secondary entrance.
Outdoor living
Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors open onto a spacious patio framed by forest and valley views. A private hot tub is open 24 hours, perfect for unwinding after skiing. The fire pit and outdoor seating create a natural gathering spot, with a BBQ grill available year-round.
Kitchen & dining
The chef’s kitchen is fitted with Brazilian quartzite counters, custom white oak cabinetry, and high-end appliances, along with a breakfast bar. A separate prep kitchen supports larger meals, while the dining area - set beside tall windows with forest views - seats ten guests comfortably. A temperature-controlled wine room and indoor mini bar add to relaxed evenings in.
Leisure & comfort
Inside, a media room with a foosball table, plush seating, and a stone gas fireplace offers a cozy place to settle in. A dedicated workspace with desk and office chair makes it easy to stay connected, and exercise equipment including a stationary bike is available. Heated floors, portable fans, laundry, and essential bathroom comforts keep the stay effortless in every season.
Neighborhood
Situated in the exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood, the chalet provides seasonal ski-in/ski-out access via a one-minute walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail, with ski-in return options through Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails. Guests also have access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, connecting to Creekside Village in just four minutes.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things To Note
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
