This entire home is designed for comfort, privacy, and shared experiences across multiple levels. Indoor living areas balance open gathering spaces with quiet retreats, making it easy to come together or enjoy moments of calm. A media room and billiards room offer relaxed evenings indoors, while a dedicated gym space supports your routine throughout your stay. Indoor fireplaces add warmth and atmosphere after winter days outside.
Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to ten guests across four bedrooms. Two primary suites are located on the upper level, each featuring a king bed, sitting area, private deck, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Another bedroom includes a double bed with a lofted double bed and an ensuite with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom with sitting area connects to a full ensuite. A guest powder room adds convenience, and an additional bathroom with a steam shower is located on the lower level.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with ample counter space and everything needed for shared meals. A breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table comfortably seats ten, creating a natural hub for long breakfasts or relaxed dinners after a day outdoors.
Outdoor living
Winter days end well outdoors, with a private heated pool and hot tub offering a peaceful place to unwind against the mountain backdrop. A fire pit anchors the patio, creating an inviting setting for evening conversations, while the BBQ area extends your living space year-round.
Ski access & location
Seasonal ski-in/ski-out access is available from December through March, connecting you to nearby trails and the private Kadenwood gondola. From there, Creekside Village is just minutes away for dining and shopping, before returning to the quiet privacy of the home.
Parking & extras
A private entrance, garage parking, and an EV charger make arrivals and departures effortless. Wifi and a dedicated workspace support longer stays, while in-unit laundry adds everyday ease.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things To Note
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
