The chalet comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms designed for privacy and comfort. On the upper level, the primary suite features a king bed, sitting area with a gas fireplace, and private deck. The ensuite includes heated floors, a double vanity, soaking bath, and glass-enclosed shower.
A second primary bedroom offers a four-poster king bed, scenic views, a private deck, and an ensuite bath with soaking tub and dual vanity. Another bedroom includes a double bed and a loft with an additional double bed, along with an ensuite bathroom with shower.
On the main level, a California king bedroom includes a sitting area and full ensuite. A nanny room with a single bed and TV also has its own ensuite. A guest powder room adds convenience, and the lower level includes an additional bathroom with a steam shower.
Outdoor living
Even in the cooler months, outdoor spaces offer inviting places to unwind. The private outdoor pool - heated and seasonal - sits beside the patio, while the hot tub provides a warm retreat after time outdoors. The fire pit creates a natural gathering spot for quiet evenings, and outdoor seating allows you to take in the alpine surroundings.A private entrance and garage parking offer added convenience, along with an EV charger for electric vehicles.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home and gathering together. Caesarstone counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and full kitchen essentials make cooking easy. A breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table accommodates ten for shared meals.
Entertainment & wellness
Time indoors offers just as many ways to relax. The media room features surround sound and a flat-screen TV, while the billiards room provides space for friendly competition. A dedicated workout area includes a treadmill and elliptical. Throughout the home, a Control4 Bluetooth sound system adds music to shared spaces.
Ski access & neighborhood
Nearby ski trails connect you to the Lower Peak to Creek Trail, leading toward the Creekside Gondola. Ski access also returns close to the private Kadenwood gondola, offering direct access to Creekside Village where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and entertainment before returning to the quiet setting of the chalet.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things To Note
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
