Sleeping arrangements
This entire home in Whistler sleeps 13 across 7 bedrooms and 8 baths. Two primary suites each offer a king bed, a gas fireplace, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. The additional bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. A seventh bedroom provides a single bed, a crib, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and bathtub combo - giving everyone space to unwind after time outdoors.
Living areas
The open-plan main level brings everyone together beneath a soaring cathedral ceiling. A spacious lounge centers around the fireplace and comfortable seating, while the dining table seats ten for shared meals. The adjoining gourmet kitchen features Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island with breakfast bar seating for four, making it easy to cook, linger, and reconnect.
Entertainment & recreation
Settle into the media room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, fireplace, and table tennis table for relaxed evenings in. A well-equipped gym with a power rack, cable machine, and dumbbells is available when you want to keep up your routine between ski days.
Outdoor living
Step onto the covered lower deck to sink into the hot tub, warm up by the outdoor firepit, or enjoy the fresh mountain air surrounded by trees. The main deck extends the living space with outdoor seating, a dining area, and a BBQ grill, framed by views across the valley and snow-dusted ridges.
Amenities & convenience
You’ll have Wifi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and a private entrance. Self check-in with a smart lock, and free parking garage on premises add ease to arrival and departure.
Neighborhood & ski access
Perched 1,000 feet above Creekside Village, Kadenwood offers seclusion with direct access via the private gondola - a four-minute ride from the neighborhood base. Ski-in/Ski-out access is seasonal and dependent on weather conditions and snowfall, with ski-out access about 200 meters away. Whistler Village is a 10-minute drive, with Creekside just below the neighborhood.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things To Note
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
