Sleeping arrangements
The home features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, providing space for up to thirteen guests. Two primary suites include king beds, gas fireplaces, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Additional bedrooms offer king and queen beds with their own ensuite bathrooms and TVs. A seventh bedroom includes a single bed, crib, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
Living areas
The main level brings everyone together in a spacious open-plan living area. A lounge centered around an indoor fireplace offers comfortable seating and views through large windows. The dining table seats ten, creating a natural place for shared meals and conversation. Nearby, the kitchen provides space for preparing meals and gathering around the island.
Entertainment and recreation
Evenings can be spent in the media room with a TV, seating area, fireplace, and table tennis table. A gym equipped for workouts adds another space to stay active during your visit.
Outdoor spaces
A covered deck offers a place to relax in the hot tub after a day on the slopes. The outdoor area also includes seating, a BBQ grill, and a firepit, creating a comfortable setting for quiet winter evenings surrounded by forest views.
Location
Kadenwood sits about 1,000 feet above Creekside Village and offers convenient access to the area below via the neighborhood gondola. The gondola ride to Creekside takes approximately four minutes, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and ski access. Ski trails are located nearby, providing seasonal ski access depending on weather and snow conditions.
Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things To Note
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
