Kadenwood Gondola

All Kadenwood guests have access to a private gondola. This will take you on a 4-minute ride directly to the Creekside Village, which leads to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the Creekside Gondola for slope access. There is a small parking area at the top of the Kadenwood Gondola to make transporting people and sports equipment very easy and convenient. It takes a 6-minute walk or a 1-minute drive to reach the gondola from this property.

Ski Information

Ski-out access is close to this home. Leave the property to the left and then take a right onto Ancient Cedars Lane. Immediately on your right is a ski access trail that leads to the 'Lower Peak to Creek Trail’. This will lead to the base of the Creekside Gondola. The access trails are narrow and more suited for intermediate skiers. For beginners, we recommend taking the 6-minute walk to the Kadenwood Gondola and making your way to Creekside.
Ski in straight from the hill to the access point at the top of the Kadenwood Gondola by following the ‘Kadenwood’ trail. It is a 6-minute walk or 1-minute drive back to the property from here.
Ski-in ski-out access is dependent on weather conditions and snowfall. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.

Getting Around

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.

Other Things To Note

• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is permitted from 7 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience some construction noise, and scaffolding and a crane from the nearby development may be visible.
• Security cameras. Please note that exterior security cameras are installed at the property's front and rear entrances.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

• Property caretaker. A dedicated property caretaker is on-site in a private suite, located discreetly on the side of the estate. Available to provide assistance if needed, they ensure your stay is seamless and stress-free, while maintaining the utmost respect for your privacy. The main residence remains exclusively yours to enjoy.

Skyfall (Modern Version)
Perfect family home with all the necessary amenities. Children friendly and wonderful space to entertain the whole family for dinner or just to relax after skiing. Overall great experience and we will be back 100%.

Amazing snow - amazing house!
We had a great holiday in this beautiful home. The house swallowed up the kids and grandma with rooms to spare. Everyone raved about the beds, which were awesome (but maybe our great sleeps had something to do with tired bodies from all the skiing). House is awesome. Spa each night a highlight. One point is that you really do need your own car for this house - the private gondola is bit of a stretch up the hill and not walkable. Its not immediately obvious when you book. We didn't want to leave and will be back.

50th Birthday
I just finished a 6 day stay with my family for my 50th at 2923 Kadenwood and an awesome time was had by all! There was more than enough room for the 12 of us, the pool table, hot tub and steam shower were big hits with everyone. Alli from Platinum was fantastic and very helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend this property and it's management company to anyone coming to Whistler.
