Sleeping arrangements
Seven bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests. The primary suite features a king bed, fireplace, balcony, and ensuite with soaker tub and heated floors. Three additional king bedrooms include private ensuites. A fifth king bedroom sits on the main level with a freestanding tub and workspace. Two lower-level bunk rooms each offer two queen-sized bunk beds and private bathrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau appliances and opens to a breakfast bar seating 12. A 12-person dining table anchors shared meals, supported by a scullery kitchen and butler’s pantry. The home also includes a full kitchen, dining table, and outdoor BBQ area.

Ski access connects you directly to Whistler Mountain, with a dedicated ski plaza and boot room for easy transitions. Afterward, unwind in the heated pool, hot tub, cedar sauna, or steam shower. Evenings continue in the home theatre or games area with pool table and bar.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things To Note
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
