Mountainscape spans about 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor gathering areas designed for shared experiences. The vaulted great room opens to expansive windows framing mountain, lake, and forest views. Comfortable seating surrounds the gas fireplace, creating a welcoming place to unwind after time on the slopes. A second sitting lounge offers a log-burning hearth and quiet corners for reading or conversation.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau appliances and generous preparation space, making shared meals easy. A wrap-around breakfast bar seats twelve, while the dining table accommodates twelve guests for relaxed dinners together. A scullery kitchen and butler’s pantry help keep everything organized, and the outdoor kitchen and BBQ grill provide additional cooking space when desired.
Sleeping arrangements
Seven bedrooms accommodate up to fourteen guests across three levels of the home.
The upper level includes the primary suite with a king bed, fireplace, balcony, and ensuite with deep soaker tub and heated floors. Three additional king bedrooms each include private ensuites with heated floors and glass-enclosed showers.
On the main level, a fifth king bedroom offers a workspace and freestanding tub.
Two lower-level bunk rooms each feature two queen-sized bunk beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups, and both include private bathrooms.
Leisure & relaxation
Returning from Whistler Mountain, the ski plaza leads to a boot room with dryers and warmers. Guests can spend evenings unwinding in the heated pool or hot tub, or step into the sauna and steam spa to warm up after a winter day outdoors.
The entertainment level includes a theatre room, a games area with an Italian glass pool table, and a full bar next to the wine cellar - an inviting setting for relaxed nights in.
Comfort & convenience
An intelligent home system allows you to control temperature, music, and fireplaces from in-room iPads. An elevator connects all three floors for easy access, and the property includes a parking garage for arrivals and departures. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available throughout the home.
Neighborhood
Located in the private Kadenwood neighborhood, the home offers Ski-in/Ski-out access to Whistler Mountain and direct connection to Creekside Village via the Kadenwood Gondola for dining and shops.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things To Note
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
