Living Space
Spread across more than 4,000 square feet in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this home offers ski-in/ski-out access with entry to a private gondola leading to Creekside Village. Vaulted ceilings, natural Cherrywood finishes, and expansive windows create an inviting setting for gathering, with a seamless flow from the living room to the deck. A media lounge with its own fireplace provides an additional place to unwind after the day’s adventures.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes premium appliances and a granite breakfast bar, designed for easy group meals and relaxed mornings indoors. A large dining table seats up to ten guests, making shared dinners a natural part of the stay.

Sleeping arrangements
Sleeps 10 across 5 bedrooms. On the main level, the primary suite features a California king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite with an oversized soaking tub and steam shower. Downstairs, a second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV with a nearby bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each include a double bed with a trundle, connected by a shared ensuite. A fifth bedroom provides another queen bed, TV, and ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower.

Outdoor living
Step out to the patio or balcony and take in the quiet forest surroundings, or settle into the hot tub after skiing. The deck includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill for simple winter evenings outdoors when conditions allow.

Practical comforts & amenities
Air conditioning, heating, portable fans, washer and dryer, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support both short visits and long term stays allowed. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy, while the heated garage and snow-melt driveway simplify winter transitions. For peace of mind, the home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and exterior security cameras on property.

Neighborhood
Kadenwood sits 1,000 feet above Whistler’s valley floor, combining seclusion with direct access to Creekside Village via the private gondola. Ski-in/ski-out access is dependent on weather conditions and snowfall, and the Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before arrival upon request.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.

Getting Around

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.

• Security cameras. Please note that exterior security cameras are installed at the property's front and rear entrances.
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
