Two bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the home for added privacy. The primary bedroom includes a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with a TV and a walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower. The secondary bedroom offers two twin beds and a spacious closet, with a second bathroom nearby that includes a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.
Living spaces
Large picture windows frame views of Whistler, Blackcomb, Wedge, and Green Lake, filling the vaulted living area with soft natural light even on winter days. A gas fireplace creates a cozy gathering spot after time outdoors, and comfortable seating offers space to relax, read, or enjoy a quiet evening. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi provide flexibility for guests who need to stay connected.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The adjacent dining table seats four and looks out toward the surrounding mountains, allowing you to enjoy lingering meals with a scenic backdrop.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. • Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
• The Nicklaus North Clubhouse and Table Nineteen Restaurant, including the patio, are located on the ground floor of the building and may occasionally host private events. Please note that private events are permitted until midnight. Table Nineteen Restaurant is open until 9:00 pm daily
