Sleeping arrangements
This condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 baths. The primary bedroom features a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with a TV and walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a spacious closet, with a second bathroom nearby featuring a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity. Bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the home for added privacy.

Living space
Large picture windows frame views of Whistler, Blackcomb, Wedge, and Green Lake, filling the vaulted living area with soft winter light. The indoor fireplace creates a natural gathering spot after time outdoors, while comfortable seating invites you to unwind with a book or a quiet evening in. Wifi and a dedicated workspace provide flexibility if you need to stay connected during your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer, along with cooking basics and a coffee maker. A breakfast bar with seating for three offers a casual place for morning coffee, while the dining table seats four for relaxed dinners overlooking the snowy landscape.

Outdoor living
Step onto the balcony to take in lake and mountain views. Even in colder weather, the outdoor furniture offers a place to pause, breathe in the crisp air, and watch the changing light over the peaks.

Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock. The condo includes a washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, TV, safe, clothing storage, and essentials. A mudroom provides convenient space for ski or biking gear. Free parking garage on premises, elevator access, private entrance, and self check-in with smart lock make arrivals seamless. Long term stays allowed.

Neighborhood
Located within the Nicklaus North Golf Course community, the setting offers quiet surroundings and scenic winter trails for hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing. Green Lake sits just beyond the building, and Whistler Village is a short drive away for dining, shopping, and mountain access. A nearby clubhouse restaurant provides lakeside dining with mountain views.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighbourhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. In summer, residents enjoy easy access to golf, Lost Lake trails, and the Valley Trail network. In winter, the neighbourhood transforms into a serene base for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• The Nicklaus North Clubhouse and Table Nineteen Restaurant, including the patio, are located on the ground floor of the building and may occasionally host private events. Please note that private events are permitted until midnight. Table Nineteen Restaurant is open until 9:00 pm daily

Beautiful property and location. Better in reality than the photos. The customer service team were always helpful and quick to respond. Bonus was "19" the restaurant in the clubhouse that was the best we ate in all week.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at this property! The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated right by the lake. It was exactly as described: cozy, comfortable, and featuring a truly stunning view.
The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals, and having a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage was a huge plus. Communication with the hosts via Airbnb was excellent; they were always quick to respond and very helpful.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Whistler!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy condo. The lakeside setting is incredibly quiet and serene—the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. While the location feels peaceful and tucked away, it’s only a quick 7–10 minute drive to the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. The fireplace was a wonderful touch for the winter evenings. Amazing place, perfect for 3 or 4 people. I have stayed in the neighborhood before and you can't beat the views and the accessibility to the village. This apartment is much better than others that you can find in Whistler. Highly recommend it.
The only thing I would bring up which I was not happy about was that check out time was 10am. Yes, it was advertised as that but I didn't care to check and yes, they extended my check out until noon "complementary". But it should be noon or at least 11am by default. This is the first place ever I have seen with a 10am check out. If I am to wake up early and rush the last day of my "relaxing" vacation, I would rather check out the night before, drive back to Vancouver and save a night's stay fee. I would be ok if they need time to clean and then the check in is an hour later or something like that but dont make me wake up at 8am and rush to be out of the property before 10am the last day of my vacation.

We stayed during the transition season. It was very quiet, peaceful, with a beautiful views across the lake.
We brought bikes, and this was a great place for that. Flat with easy access to village and lost lake trails. Bike storage in underground parking was easy and felt very secure.

Great location, short drive to township of Whistler Village. Spectacular view.
Slightly noise active until around 9.30pm as it is directly above the restaurant, but to be expected on a weekend. Added to the vibrancy of its location. Lucky that the event held had a good band, so we enjoyed the music.
Overall comfort level tops, felt like home. Travelling with elderly parents having the lift access was absolutely essential.
For people not from Canada we needed written assistance with some of the appliances (digital laundry) and information of how to use the main cooker/fan/microwave (all in one). Different to our country. We got there in the end but a little frustrating.
We certainly would opt to stay at the same place again. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful presentation and comfortable stay.

Perfect location. Green lake is absolutely stunning. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was extremely convenient. The apartment doesn’t have AC but the fans and fresh air helped keep things comfortable. We are very appreciative of the flexible check in time and can’t wait to come back!

Great Place that is Close with Amenities
Great location and amenities, would highly recommend and stay again. Communication was great by property mgmt company. Condo is clean, updated and has most of what you need. Note that they do not keep unopened items like sweetner, sugars, etc so bring your own. Did have coffee filters,salt and pepper. We went to Whistler in Jan 2025 to ski an this place did not disappoint. Short 8-10min drive to parking at Whistler. Also has a Restaurant / Bar in the same building so very convenient...a little pricey but we ate here 3 of the 4 nights and loved it.Overall I give it a 10 and/or 5 stars!!

A lovely comfortable apartment in a great location with a spectacular view and with walks and trails on the doorstep. Equipped with everything you could need for an extended stay.
Having 'Table 19' restaurant downstairs was really convenient, if a little noisy at times.

It is in a really beautiful area. Very nice spacious flat. Lovely walks straight outside. We didn’t have a car as our son lives near but we used the bus a few times to get into whistler village which was easy. Really nice cafe about 25 minutes walk away along the lake. Very well equipped flat. Very quiet. Altogether a great experience. Would thoroughly recommend.
