The upstairs primary bedroom includes a king bed, two wardrobes, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second bedroom features two twin beds and its own ensuite with a bath/shower combo. On the main level, one bedroom includes a queen bed with an ensuite bath, and another provides a king bed with an ensuite, complemented by a nearby powder room. The lower level holds a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bath/shower combo.

The open-concept main floor creates a natural gathering point, with a wood-burning fireplace anchoring the living area and large windows filling the space with winter light. Washer and dryer facilities add convenience during longer stays, and parking is available for one car in the garage and two in the driveway. The home includes air conditioning, heating, an indoor fireplace, and safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, plus a fire extinguisher. Guests use a private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock.

A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
