We had a wonderful family stay with Whistler Platinum Rentals and couldn't have been happier. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation from the moment we arrived.
The location was excellent, with easy access to everything Whistler has to offer. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area and spending quality time together as a family.
The entire experience was smooth, from booking to check-in, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Whistler Platinum Rentals to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Whistler.

Love this place. We've been coming up to whistler every summer for around 15 years. Utilized a few different companies. We are always stoked on Whistler Platinum and the Northern Lights properties. Northern Lights 15 is a great property. Ample room for a good sized crowd, awesome location. Only issue they really need to replace that HVAC. The last 2 times we've booked the house we've had issues with the AC breaking or not working. The service men have said they've been there quite a bit and have recommended it be updated. Either way WP handled it as they should. Still had a great time. Luckily the weather cooled off for mid July. Was a great trip.

Facility came with good kitchen equipment for cooking dinners for party of 8; large pots and pans, top of line appliances, vast amounts of storage was very handy. Requests for service were promptly and ably responded to.Beds were very good, proper amounts of furniture was supplied. Hot tub was ready for use as is. We were pleased with the stay.

Lovely property with generous bedrooms and all amenties. Relaxing deck with a great view (2 decks actually!). We had 6 adults (sort of) using all 4 bedrooms and enjoyed more than enough space. Easy 5 minute walk down the hill into the village with a slightly less easy pull uphill afterwards although if you travel to Whistler expect hills! Every one of my party would stay here again.

We enjoyed this townhome and it fit our 2 families well. Located about a 10 minute walk from the village but our of the business of the village. It was very clean and the garage was a bonus.

Easy walk to village (about 15 mins).

This place was wonderful for our group of eight. The house itself is beautiful, with all the amenities and space you might expect for place that sleeps 10 people comfortably. The only imperfection about this house is that both the slopes and village amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs) are non-trivial treks away. Still walkable, but 15-20 minute endeavors. However, I believe that's the tradeoff you agree to for booking a place that is reasonably priced, such as this one.

What a fantastic stay. Comfortable, super cool home nestled into the mountain and surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife.
This is the second time we have stayed in this exact same air bnb and once again it did not disappoint. 10 minute walk from the village, awesome hot tub zone with a view of the village and whistler mountains and the kitchen/living room area.
Whistler Platinum is a second to none service and the all staff members I had dialogue with went the extra mile.

Great unit for a family. Private master upstairs. Main floor is very nice with high vaulted ceilings and huge windows facing trees and mountains. Downstairs was great to keep the teens/kids with a bunk room with 2 bunk beds, plus another bedroom with a queen bed. Movie area as well with hot tub just outside built into the deck. This location was perfect and the house, with different levels, creates plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. The great room is a wonderful place to share space and it feels like a getaway from the activity in Whistler Village. Whistler Platinum offered friendly and very responsible communication about all needs and questions. It can be a little echoey/potentially noisy if you have family that goes to bed at different times, but that wasn't a problem for my family. All around a very homey and beautiful space. It had everything we needed and wanted. Highly recommend.

Since you asked: Downstairs carpets need replacing. The focus on shampooing and cleaning has made the carpets “baggy”. Kudos on keeping them clean though. Some fairly significant dings in woodwork and a few in the walls. Some TLC required. Kitchen amazingly well equipped and the “ necessaries” like dish soap etc were most appreciated and sufficient for our needs. #15 was perfect for us.

Wonderful well appointed Condo. Plenty of space for our family of 8. Kitchen was well appointed for family meals. We will be back. The Condo is not a ski out, but we could ski in. We Usually stay on Blackcomb and really enjoyed being on the Whistler side. Managment company was excellent and responded quickly to any questions .

My husband and I and our three sons have been coming to Whistler for many years. Now they are grown adults with wives, and in relationships so our family is growing and we needed more room. This is the perfect location for a family gathering. We all had plenty of space for 8 with our own restrooms. We gathered around the fire in the living room at night and cooked meals, and had a wonderful time. The laundry room is amazing. There is a great mud room with boot heaters. Definitely not a ski out property because of the stairs needing to be climbed, but it was Fine to ride into the village and go up the gondola. Skiing in was not a problem. The guys would ski in at days end and enjoy the hot tub. Everything about our stay was great. A few things worth improving.. The 4 th bedroom bunk beds were not the most comfortable for adults. Better mattresses would be wonderful. The pillows could also need upgrading. The were very firm . Additional positives. If we needed anything, the property management answered immediately, We will be back.

This property is just a 10min hill walk down to the village. Fully stocked kitchen appliances/cutlery. Super quiet and clean. Definite stay again. It’s beautiful.

This is our third time booking through Whistler Platinum - service is always outstanding. We had not stayed in the Northern Lights condos before. This one is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The views are spectacular!!! This is what it\'s all about. The actual condo is also really nice. The laundry room is large and brand new with an entire additional full bathroom and sauna! This was especially nice on the main level for our daughter who stayed in the main floor bedroom with bath - none of the rest of us needed to use her restroom b/c there was another one on that floor that isn\'t listed in the information. The two bedrooms on the bottom floor both have full bathrooms, and the hot tub is accessible without disturbing anyone sleeping on that level. The master was more spacious than pictured. The kitchen had everything we needed. Again, it\'s really about the view from this condo - I relax just thinking about it. The walk into town is downhill and easy (about 5-7 minutes to the Whistler gondola). The walk back is uphill, but I\'m really not in good shape and it was fine. All the reviews about it being close enough to the hustle and bustle of the village but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful are spot on. We highly recommend.

The only thing we would suggest is that the placemats for the dining table be given a more frequent wash between guests. We had a problem with the dishwasher not draining and the hot tub needed a bit of attention, but these issues were addressed promptly, no questions asked. I gave it a 4 for condition only because it is an older property with a few typical signs of wear. If there was an option for 4.5, I would have given it that. It certainly didn't detract at all from our enjoyment of the property. We will definitely stay again! Thanks Whistler Platinum team!!

We loved our stay at NL15. The house was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of dishes, towels and lots of room for our large family. Only hitch was an icy climb to get to the slopes, not on the bus route. We would love to come back here once again.

Wow, what a place... the condo is hugely spacious, clean, modern, and in great condition. All of the bedrooms are vast and have their own bathrooms. It's also in a great location for walking into town, and there's a huge garage and loads of parking space. Hot tub was great too.

We were a group of 6 adults traveling together looking for place to stay together and giving the privacy you are used to back home. Northern Lights 15 was the ideal choice. Space provided by three different bedroom areas, living area with fire place and large kitchen, barbecue area, gas fired Weber grill permanently connected to a gas pipe, and huge outdoor whirlpool which provides enough space for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped beyond the standards we are used to in Europe. The WiFi system is available on all three levels of the house. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms. Just 15 minutes leisure stroll away from the Whistler mountain gondola you don't need a car to get around in Whistler. On your way back to the house keep a 5 uphill walk in mind. The huge windows and balconies are facing Whistler village and directed to the North. The garage however provides enough space for two SUV. Floor heating in the 4 bathrooms is another plus. Ski boot storage room equipped which boot dryer is useful because public ski storage is insufficient. Ski in ski out is not possible because the access road is always in a good condition and snow is removed. The laundry washing machine would have required a one time free run to meet our standards. The only inconvenience might be the proximity to the highway which can become busy in the morning hours,however it will never become noisy inside. We made the arrangements through Whistler Platinum. Great team very supportive before and during our stay. As overseas guest it was easy to arrange the transfer service and ski rental. It will be difficult to find a better place next time.

Had a great time and property good condition and clean. Management people are pretty good and responsive. Ask for a personal representative on check out at the unit but he did not show on time. suggest you not send discount adds to those who already rented and paid in full. this is somewhat troubling to know that one could have had it cheaper.

Having stayed at numerous four star and the only five star Whistler hotel, we have a good idea of the level of service and finishing travelers can expect at Whistler. Northern Lights #15 and the Whistler Platinum team meet and in some cases exceed these standards. The unit is delivered as advertised, clean, spacious and with a kitchen that is exceptionally well equipped. Everything works, and the one deficiency we had with our mid stay housekeeping was dealt with within an hour. Exceptional! Highly recommend, and the walk up the hill from the village is a great way to justify a large cone at Cows Ice Cream after dinner in the village.

House was great; wood-burning fireplace, hot-tub, TVs, all worked fine. Whistler Platinum was very helpful in arranging lift tix, equipment rentals, and other pre-trip items. Village not walkable in the winter, but with a car (house isn't on the shuttle route) the location was good. We hiked to the slopes a few days (up a long set of stairs, followed by an uphill path), but it was arduous in ski boots and carrying skis. All in all, very good place to stay.

Property description was accurate and appropriate for our needs. Housekeeping could have been more thorough; damaged frig/freezer should have been repaired or replaced; master ensuite shower drain required cleaning (these are relatively minor concerns and did not impact our enjoyment).Vehicle access circuitous but close/walking access to Village. Check-in is 10 min drive away. Limited guest parking. Very well equipped kitchen and BBQ. Linen and towels appropriate quality but could use a few additional towels for hot tub. We would certainly consider renting this property again.

The property more than matched the detailed description and was very clean and well maintained. The managers of the property were very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend this property as it is ideally located and the number of activities on offer is astounding, especially for adrenaline junkies. the ziplining was a hit with our teens as was the Red Bull Joy ride. The adults enjoyed the mountains and great food.

We would definitely return to this property. The unit was large and comfortable and very well appointed. The location is great and walkable to the village while feeling very private. There is a hill on the return trip home but it was manageable and even welcome after all the wonderful meals. The hot tub was used daily. Summer in Whistler was fantastic. We stayed 8 nights but would have loved even more hiking time to add to the Eloha rafting with Wedge, fishing and TAG side by sides, zip line and high ropes course. We would like to visit other seasons as well.

Very well appointed unit. Nice furnishings and amenities. Great flexibility to split king beds into twins. The only issue is parking which is typical at Northern Lights. The garages are too small for two cars of any size and their is no drive-way. Fortunately this unit has a couple guest spots across and down the road but you need multiple parking passes.

We ended up moving into this unit as the one we rented had furnace issues. We absolutely loved this place! My family and I had such a nice Christmas here. The location is great, close to the village and hill. A great place for a family to enjoy some lovely memories. I would definetely stay here again. The Renton family

My extended family has been vacationing during the summer at Whistler for almost twenty years. This was our first year staying at Northern Lights #15. We had stayed at nice places before, but we decided to stay at Northern Lights #15 since we had invited friends and there would be more of us. I am so glad that we did! I don't want to stay anywhere else! Even though there were 8 of us there was room for me to read a book by myself if I wanted to. The hot tub was lovely. The large grill on the deck turned on easily. The unit is a short walk (for me) to the village. Walking back from the village you walk up a steep hill which I liked - though not everyone in our group did! I loved going on the Wedge White Water Rafting trip on Green River - next year I want to try the all day trip. My husband and daughter loved the Zip Trek zip lining - they are not afraid of heights! We enjoyed shopping in the village and found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Especially at the Eddie Bauer outlet. We had an excellent dinner at the Keg Restaurant. The Whistler Platinum staff were always professional and helpful. We loved staying in Northern Lights #15 - everything is clean, of high quality and works! I loved the heated bathroom floors and the air conditioning! If you make coffee, be sure to read the manual or at least pre-heat the carafe with boiling water first - there is no burner under the carafe, it is air tight and stays hot on its own if you preheat it! I'm looking forward to coming back!

Whistler Platinum staff

From the maps some of our guests had concerns that we might be a bit off the beaten track. Turned out it was closer to the village than the pessimists thought. Easy 10-15 minute walk to village centre. Might be more hassle in winter but our stay in April was beautiful. Great facilties, hot tub, beautiful bathrooms, nice deck + great weber BBQ. Lots of towels and everything was clean on check in. Whistler Platinum was easy to deal with, provided lots of info and from check-in to check-out it was seamless.

We enjoyed our stay at the Northern Lights property. We had two families and the layout worked well to separate the families (as we both had two small children). The main floor offers a great entertaining and relaxing area for everyone! The location was a bit far for the two small kids, with it being up the hill from and having to take the steep hill down. But it is about a 12 minute walk to get into the village. Overall - Enjoyed our Stay!

Our group of 8 women stayed in Northern Lights #15 and absolutely loved it. The unit was incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

As a group of 7 we stayed here in Feb 2011 and it was wonderful. We were very pleased with the house layout which was highly suitable for a large group. Each room had great privacy and space, we especially loved the open plan living area, and dens for the to watch TV. The service from Whistler Platinum was fantastic, they looked after all our needs and requirements. A big thank you to the gang for making our family reunion so memorable.

This rental property was more than we could have hoped for. A beautiful space that is well taken care of. It comfortably slept all 10 members of our group - the 4 bathrooms were a big bonus!
