Northern Lights 41

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Whistler. Our group of 10 fit very comfortably, and the space was perfect for us. All of the amenities were in great condition and fully functional. We especially enjoyed staying in a few nights to cook — the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed.The location was great as well. We did need to take a short drive to the central village for skiing and activities, but it was less than five minutes away and very convenient. Overall, a fantastic place for a group stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 9 plus a baby- lots of space, fully stocked kitchen and easy to get to lift or walk down the hill to the village. Steam room/sauna/hot tub were amazing after a day skiing. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay, the property was gorgeous and our hosts were very helpful and responsive throughout the week. 5th bedroom was quite small but overall the place was great and having a private spa - hot tub/sauna/steam room couldn’t be beat. Skiing in was a bit of a trek with >100 stairs and an uphill climb to the slope but skiing out and coming down that route was a breeze.

This place was outstanding! If it is available, book it! The little walk to the staircase and mountain is clutch for easy ski in ski out access. The sauna is perfect for before and after resets on the mountain. 10/10 recommend.

The house was remarkable -- great views from the multiple balconies, spacious rooms with connecting bathrooms, and all the amenities you could ask for. The host did a fantastic job proactively communicating. It's a great location; walkable to Village Center (without kids). Highly recommend!

Two families from Australia, 9 people, had a great skiing holiday. Home was spacious and lovely with everything needed. About a 15 minute walk to the village, which we found easier to the ski lifts than the walk up the 'hundred steps' - especially for the older members!

What amazing place to stay and enjoy time with a few families! They have everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen. Great bed linens, and plenty of towels to enjoy all of the Spa facilities, even walkable to the village. We loved every moment of our stay at this beautifully furnished townhome.

This unit was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Three of the bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. There was a fifth sleeping area with a bunk bed which would have been suitable for children. There was plenty of room to spread out! Great amenities! The yoga room, sauna, steam shower and jacuzzi made us feel like we had our own private spa. The unit was located within walking distance to the Village. We had a car which was helpful for grocery shopping and the garage was very convenient. Overall, we would not hesitate to stay here again! The property was very clean and well stocked. I can say it was the cleanest/best stocked VRBO we have been to in several years. The unit itself is very nice and large. We had a large group and nobody really seemed crowded. The multiple floors give privacy, and the sauna, steam, and jacuzzi was a hit. The kitchen was well set up and stocked. The property management company was top notch, fixing the one problem we had within 2 hours, and they were very responsive and professional through several communications. The only downside to this property is the limited parking. The garage is only large enough for 1 normal vehicle. The driveway, which we had to park sideways in, is very small, and there is only one guest pass. This is a problem for this complex, not just this unit. But be aware you don't want to bring 3 Large SUV's or you might not have a place to park. Overall, we are planning on returning to this unit on our next trip to Whistler as everyone enjoyed it.

Beautiful property, spacious and clean. Sits in a quiet street away from the village noise. Hot tub, sauna, TV and yoga rooms make it feel like a retreat.
This property sits a bit far uphill from the village. It required climbing up few flights of stairs and taking a walk for about two hundred feet through the woods to reach the slopes. Families with children or limited abilities might need a ride to the bottom of the gondolas.
Whistler Platinum crew was very friendly, tried to accommodate all our needs when required. Communication was fast and proactive.

Hard to find combination of proximity to village, private quiet neighborhood and very comfortable spacious home. The property is clean, modern, well appointed. Several living spaces make a nice atmosphere staying the home when weather keeps you in— capped off by an in home full spa with separate sauna and steam rooms.

Very nice property close to the village, was about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the south village. The house did have quite a lot of stairs, and the walk back is up-hill as a heads up for those that may have difficulty with these aspects but for our family it was great! Very much enjoyed our stay.

There was tonnes of privacy throughout the home so we could spread out when needed, but also readily gather for a meal together at one table. Dealing with Whistler Platinum has been seamless with excellent communication and we found the overall value to be fair. We recommend Whistler Platinum and would stay again at NL 41 for sure.

This Whistler home is spacious, gorgeous and immaculately maintained! We booked it for a family vacation and absolutely loved it. The home is huge and has plenty of bedrooms/sleeping spaces, the kitchen is well-equipped and the location is perfect: it is on a quiet, private street that is a 10 minute walk to Whistler village. We’re planning to return to Whistler soon and hope this home will be available to rent again!

We lucked out with a week where ~60cm of snow came down, so the skiing was glorious! And on top of that, we had this marvellous property to return to at the end of the day. Really beautiful and tastefully decorated home, offering true comforts that allowed us to relax and unwind after a day skiing the mountains. The sauna, steam room and hot tub were a daily ritual, and something truly unique to this home. The rooms provided comfort for our family of 5, and gave us sufficient space to be together and also apart when the time warranted. The biggest question for us prior to arrival was how is the ski-in/ ski-out? It's about 100 metres slightly downhill to get to the (in)famous stairs that take you up to (or down from) the short connector trail off the Lower Olympic run. Admittedly more work heading out than coming back, our family didn't find it too bad all in all. Some have described it as 100 stairs, but in truth it didn't seem that much. A steady, measured walk and you're at the top in about 5 minutes. Once there, it's super easy and convenient. Coming back, it's really no problem at all. Depending on the condition of the trail you can ski down such that you avoid 80% of the stairs coming down...and then it's just that 100 metre walk back to the house (slightly uphill). Anyways I support what someone else said...if you have the energy to ski all day at Whistler-Blackcomb (or even half a day) then you can do these stairs and walk too. So just go ahead and enjoy!

Beautiful large home within walking distance of village. Fully equipped kitchen and bbq and great hot tub. Everything was immaculate. Only complaints is that one bed was just awful ( concave) and the tv was tricky to use. Would recommend overall.

We absolutely loved this house! It isn't far from the village so you can walk if you need but it's a bit of an uphill climb to get home. They are definitely very accurate about the climb up to the mountain - it is a bit rough but once you ski down to the gondola you are in business.

We had a great time on our recent trip to Whistler. We loved the Northern Lights 41 property and would definitely rent it again. It was great having direct access to the mountain via the steps and also being walkable to the village. Loved the sauna & steam room within the unit as well...that's a great addition. Finally, Whistler Platinum was great to work with during the entire process from initial booking to the end of our stay. Their customer service was excellent. Can't wait to come back.

Great property in a quiet location, 10 minutes walk from the village centre. We were two families with four children and the house served us brilliantly, with great facilities, including a Sauna and Steam Room, which were not mentioned on the marketing details, so a really pleasant surprise. We were really impressed with Whistler Platinum, whose organisation and information provision could not be faulted. We organised lift passes through them and also were able to arrange all our grocery provision through the web links they provided via Nesters. We stayed in the property for two weeks and there was a mid-stay clean, change of laundry and hot tub service. Cannot fault any aspects of the rental and Whistler Platinum would be our first port of call next time we visit.

A great property, very clean and easy to live in, has a sauna, steam room & yoga studio too! Could do with some additional comfortable seating in the lounge as currently not enough for 6 adults. Not really ski in/ski out and ended up taking a taxi to & from town, but not really too much of a problem. Can store your skis & poles overnight at Summit Sport so only have to carry your boots. Private spa is great after a day on the slopes. Would stay here again.

3rd year in a row at various locations in Whistler. One year was a hotel and the other two were through Whistler Platinum. This property had the best set up and amenities of the 3. Everyone commented on how much more they enjoyed this stay. To reinforce the comment they even had a commercial 4 place boot dryer.
