Sleeping arrangements
Designed for groups, the home accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and six baths. The upper level hosts the primary bedroom overlooking the main living area, featuring a king bed, TV, and ensuite with a bathtub and overhead shower. Two additional bedrooms on the lower floors each provide a king bed and ensuite. Another bedroom includes twin beds and access to a private deck, while the fifth bedroom offers two tri-bunk beds with both double and twin mattresses, ideal for families or friends sharing space. Bathrooms include a mix of glass-enclosed showers and bath-shower combinations.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen supports shared meals after a day on the mountain, complete with a gas cooktop, Fisher Paykel appliances, a wine fridge, and plenty of counter space. A breakfast bar seats three, while the dining table welcomes ten for long conversations or relaxed mornings. Essentials such as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, and dining table are provided along with kitchen basics.
Living spaces
Expansive windows frame mountain views in the main lounge, filling the vaulted room with natural light. The gas fireplace creates a cozy setting for winter downtime, while a separate media room with a 64" Smart TV and Sonos sound system offers a dedicated space for movie nights. Washer, dryer, heating, portable fans, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair, a safe, and other essentials support longer or work-friendly stays.
Outdoor living
A large deck extends the home into the winter air, where a private hot tub and BBQ grill overlook the surrounding peaks and valley. The single-car garage includes boot warmers, and additional driveway parking pairs with a mudroom that makes gearing up for cold days simple. A private entrance adds ease of access.
Ski access
Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends at approximately 100 stairs that lead down into the Northern Lights area, and ski-out requires climbing those same stairs before reconnecting with the trail. Ski access typically operates from late December through March, depending on snow conditions. Whistler Village and the gondolas are about two minutes away by car or taxi.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. • Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
