Designed to host up to 10 guests, this four-level townhouse offers 5 bedrooms and 6 baths, creating space and privacy for families and friends. The upper-level primary bedroom overlooks the main living area and features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite with a bathtub and overhead shower. Two additional bedrooms each include a king bed and ensuite. Another bedroom offers twin beds and access to a private deck. The fifth bedroom is well suited for shared stays, with two tri-bunk beds - each double plus twin. Bathrooms throughout the home include a mix of glass-enclosed showers and bath-shower combinations.
Living spaces
Expansive windows frame mountain views in the vaulted lounge, where a gas fireplace anchors cozy winter evenings. A separate media room with a 64" Smart TV and Sonos sound system provides a comfortable setting for movie nights or quiet downtime. Heating, portable fans, washer and dryer - in unit, and essentials create a comfortable environment for extended stays. A dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair makes it easy to settle in for remote work, and a safe offers secure storage.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Fisher Paykel appliances, a gas cooktop, wine fridge, and generous counter space for preparing meals after a day on the mountain. A dining table seats 10, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar - ideal for shared dinners and relaxed mornings before heading out.
Outdoor living
A large deck extends into crisp alpine air, complete with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a private hot tub overlooking the surrounding peaks and valley. The single-car garage includes boot warmers, and free parking garage on premises is complemented by additional driveway parking. A mudroom and private entrance help keep winter gear organized and transitions seamless.
Ski access
Seasonal ski access connects to an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends at approximately 100 stairs that guests descend to reach the Northern Lights neighborhood. Ski-out requires climbing the same stairs before reconnecting with the Lower Olympic Run. Ski access is typically available late December through March, depending on snow conditions. Whistler Village and the gondolas are about two minutes away by car or taxi.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. • Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
