The kitchen is equipped for easy home-style meals, with granite countertops, heated floors, and full cooking essentials. A dining area for six sets the scene for long breakfasts before first chair or relaxed dinners after exploring Whistler Village. Whether you’re brewing coffee in the morning or sharing an evening meal, everything you need is close at hand.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and its own TV, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring heated floors and a bathtub shower combo. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed that can be configured as a king or two twins, plus its own TV. A separate bathroom provides heated floors, a single vanity, and a spacious glass-enclosed shower.
Outdoor living & hot tub
Step onto the private deck for fresh mountain air and views of Rainbow Mountain. The BBQ grill and outdoor seating offer a peaceful spot to pause between ski runs or take in the stillness of the snowy landscape. Within the Painted Cliff complex, guests also have access to a large communal hot tub - an ideal way to unwind after time on the slopes.
Essentials & conveniences
Your stay includes in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and thoughtful bathroom essentials. Secure underground parking for one vehicle is provided, with additional guest parking available on a first-come basis. A mudroom with bench and storage helps keep gear organized, and bike storage is available in the underground garage.
Ski access & neighborhood
When snow conditions allow, Merlin’s Run is within a short walk, connecting you to the 10-person Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access is typically available from late December through March. Set just minutes from cafés, après-ski lounges, and the energy of Whistler Village, this mountainside setting balances peaceful seclusion with effortless access to everything that defines Whistler’s winter charm.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Stairs. You are required to climb stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
