Smoother and more accurate info during checkin and check out. They deactivated our access code one hour before check out which made it harder and inconvenient. No condiments in the kitchen beside salt and pepper. For a pricey rental, it will feel more homie if tea bags, hot coco, sugar, spices are provided. Pro: ski in and ski out location. Quiet neighborhood, Hot tub, fireplace with wood provided, laundry in the unit, high ceiling garage, heated bathroom floor, Responsive staff. Con: cozy not roomie nor spacious, tiny mud room for 1 or 2 persons to gear up. Twin beds feel small for adults. Pillows feel plastics. Kitchen is not well equipped, some appliances were dirty.

This cozy condo has easy access to the Blackcomb Gondola as well as being a 5-minute drive from restaurants and shops in the Village. We stayed here with our 2 college-aged sons for spring break and it was comfortable for the 4 of us. The place was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We appreciated having the underground parking downstairs, and the hot tub closeby to relax in after a long day of skiing. We'll definitely book again for future visits.

We had a great time at this apartment in late Jan 2022. The complex is right beside the slope (Merlin) on Blackcomb in Benchlands area. Only one neighbour (above) in the stand alone house. Quite a few owners in the complex so it's well maintained and also very quiet at night. When buses are running it's less than a minute walk to the bus stop (route5). BC transit bus drivers were on strike in Whistler and at some times if the day over 45minutes wait for taxi so the location was perfect as we were able to catch the Excalibur gondola to mid station and walk across to the slope access for Painted Cliffs. Also condo was super clean, nice linens and well equipped kitchen as we ate at home most nights due to COVID. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Was looking for a quiet place away from the village, yet a short walk (0.5 km) to services and short bus (free) bus ride to the village centre. Met my needs. For those going in winter, fits ski in/out via Blackcomb.

We had a fabulous time. We loved the condo and would stay again. It was clean and roomy and the view spectacular. The condo had all the tools we needed. The internet was dicey; however we managed to hook onto the internet next door so don't worry about asking to get it fixed. The living and dining areas were well lit and comfortable. The beds were a little soft for our liking as we prefer a firm mattress. However, we understand this is an individual thing. There was a bus stop literally at the door for free transfers into town or alternatively it was an easy walk into town say 10-15minutes. only 5 minutes to super village and an easy walk to the gondola.

Updated unit- nice heated kitchen & bathroom floors, newer tile, granite, and appliances. Better kitchen knives/plates/etc than most rentals. Living room couch a bit worn. Firm master bedroom mattress a plus! 1 min walking time to the slopes. Garage states 7' height, but is actually somewhat higher. Overall a great unit.

We had a great time staying at painted cliffs and any complaints are of a very minor nature. Overall the property was excellent, well located and the management company were brilliant to deal with. Things that could be improved (remember I'm being super fussy here) are: Property is listed as true ski-in/ ski-out. To me that means you do not need to walk at all in your ski boots. This is not the case. There is about a 200 metre walk to the ski run. Not a big deal but not true ski-in/ ski-out. There were no humidifiers available on request. The air here is dry and we all had minor nose-bleeds due to the lack of humidity. Humidifiers would have been awesome and are usually standard in other accomodation I've rented. Ski boots are not allowed inside the main part of the unit. Fair enough...they can cause damage but the mud-room area was so cold your gear never dried. Putting boot heaters here would be a massive plus. Don't know if the underfloor heating in this area wasn't working properly or it just couldn't cope but it never got warm. Apart from that I couldn't fault the place. Thanks!!!

This condo was fantastic. A very short walk to the mountain - easily doable in ski boots - and an even shorter walk to the shuttle service to head into town. Te only minor complaint we'd have is that the TV is mounted extremely high on the wall making it somewhat uncomfortable to watch. Check in/out service was smooth and quick. Well worth it!!

This is the second time we have stayed at 22 Painted Cliff. We are a family of three and it was great for us, lots of room, ski in and out (even when the snow was very limited), good bus access to the village and also nice and quiet. Beds are comfortable and the shower is great. Plenty of room for storing skis etc. all in all, we think it is great. We were a late check-in and it is a shame you can't check in directly rather than stop off at the nearby Woodrun (although it only adds 15 mins when you have had a long journey it would be nice to avoid it!)

We have visited Whistler three times now and this was the first time we have stayed at Painted Cliff. It was the best accommodation we have experienced by far. The amount of care that went into the property was superb. The wireless was fast and efficient, TV's were well set up (TV and DVD player in every room) and even spare ethernet and HDMI cables were provided. There was an abundance of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen (not just the minimum of four plates, four glasses four knives and forks, etc, etc that one normally gets in other 4-person apartments). There were plenty of cups, mugs, glasses, plates, whatever we needed, and all new and matching. Beds were very comfortable, with new and clean sheets and duvets. Plus being right next to the slopes, with very reasonable pricing, we could not find any fault at all with the apartment! We will be back for sure.

This property was very clean and the perfect size. We made almost every meal in the kitchen and it was fully equipped with everything we needed. This is a great location in either the summer or winter as it is a quick walk or ski down Blackcomb mountain to the Upper Village and you can walk another 10 minutes and be in the main village. Or there is a free shuttle that comes every half hour to take you to either one.

This property was in a great location - close enough to the Upper Village and Whistler Village but far enough away to be quiet and private. It was well maintained, well fitted out, spacious and comfortable. Whistler Platinum provided an easy booking and payment service and great customer service.

The location of the property was perfect, it was quiet and peaceful yet close enough (walking distance) to all the amenities of Whistler. Best thing been ski in ski out. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and more if you were apt to cook meals etc.

A lovely base from which to explore the area, and a great hot tub to end the day! A vey comfortable and well equipped apartment. We loved the BBQ on the balcony, which we used several times as the weather was so good !! In a quiet area and only a few minutes to the village .

Wir waren 8 Nächte vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, hat eine tolle Ausstattung ( vor allem die Küche) und liegt wunderbar ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer zu genießen gewesen wäre, wäre alles perfekt gewesen. Aber der kurze Spaziergang zur Piste ermöglichte uns von hier den schönen Blick ins Tal und die Berge. Der whirlpool war wunderbar warm, entspannend und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with all you need. A minutes walk and you're on Blackcomb Mountain. We loved it here. Whistler Platinum as always were fantastic, wouldn't use anyone else.

Was my first stay in Whistler and first experience with Platinum Whistler. We had 2 couples sharing Painted Cliff 22. It was fantastic. Great location away from the main flow of town but close enough to be convenient. Bus pickup 50 yards from front door. Unit is veryspaciouswithtvin bothbr and den. Unit inalmostnew condition. When Returning will come to same unit and use Platinum. Theyweregreattodeal with. Only had one issue: had a hard time connecting with security guard for late night checking and unit access,
