Evenings invite slow, fireside moments as you unwind from the slopes and settle into the calm rhythm of mountain life.

Living spaces
This one-level townhouse offers an inviting retreat framed by large picture windows that draw in the wintry surroundings. The living room provides relaxed seating, a TV, and a presto log fireplace that naturally becomes the heart of your stay after time outdoors. A dining table for six creates space for shared meals and cozy gatherings between ski days.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen supports everyday cooking, giving you the flexibility to prepare simple breakfasts before the mountain or warm dishes at day's end. Granite countertops and heated floors make the space comfortable and practical, especially during winter mornings.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted bathtub and overhead shower. Bedroom 2 features two low twin bunk beds suitable for children, creating a family-friendly layout. A sofabed in the living room brings total sleeping capacity to six guests. A second bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.

Outdoor living
Step onto the private deck to experience crisp winter air and a quiet view of the surrounding trees. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ offer year-round use, while access to a communal hot tub adds a welcome place to unwind after skiing or exploring the mountain.

Ski access & surroundings
Positioned near Blackcomb Mountain's Merlin's Run, the townhouse offers ski access from the Painted Cliff complex when conditions allow. A one-minute walk connects you to Merlin's Run, providing access to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access is typically available from late December through March, keeping you close to Whistler's winter activity while offering a peaceful home base.

Conveniences & amenities
High-speed wifi, a dedicated workspace, and laundry support both short and extended stays. A mudroom-style entry helps keep gear organized, and secure underground parking for one vehicle is included, with limited guest parking available. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, bathroom essentials, heating, portable fans, a fire extinguisher, and safety alarms add comfort and ease throughout your stay. A smart lock and private entrance simplify arrival and provide added convenience.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

Getting Around

• 1-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run
• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store
• 7-minute walk to Upper Village
• 15-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course
• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill

• Stairs. You are required to climb stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

I am rarely impressed by the responsiveness and overall attentiveness of an airbnb host. Whistler Platinum outdid themselves. They gave me 3 different ways to get in touch if I had questions or concerns, responded immediately, were friendly, professional and overall outstanding.
The property was exactly as advertised--spacious for 5 people, ski-in/ski-out and was stocked with everything we need. We appreciated the Occitaine shampoos and bathroom soaps and the abundance of towels pillows and extra blankets. A lovely added touch was the offer to help book excursions, recommend restaurants and be available for other inquiries.
The location couldn't have been better. A 30 second walk to the Merlin train to ski down to the Blackcomb gondola. The property made our stay at Whistler easy and enjoyable. We will definitely go back!

Location was great, ski-in/ski-out access through a very short walk - perfect location! Close to everything.We had a designated underground parking stall (parking garage itself is not heated though) - it was very convenient, especially with the snow and fog we got. Instructions for condo access were very clear and easy to follow. Overall, a great place, clean, cozy, quiet, and convenient!

Ideal slope-side access for skiers!
We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, well-appointed, or located condo for skiing this holiday season! We enjoyed its heated floors, underground parking, 2 comfortable queen beds, accessible community hot tub, and a 2 minute walk to the slope we skied down to the Blackcomb gondola! Loved the privacy and quiet of its location on the mountain, but found it very easy to reach the Village with its market, restaurants, shops and activities when we wanted. It was perfect! It was so cozy and well-insulated that we didn't feel the need to use the fireplace the whole time we were there! Very impressed by the snow management both on the mountain and the roads!

Great Spring Ski Getaway
Just got back to Seattle from a quick 4 day trip to Whistler/Blackcomb. Painted Cliff is a great place to stay. Easy Ski in, Ski out. The unit we stayed in was well equipped for cooking, beds were comfortable and the whole place was very clean.

Great location

Way better than pictures. Perfect location for skiing. Easy access to mountain, even for beginners. Just footsteps away and you’re on a lift for the beginner hill at Blackcomb or the gondola to the top. Condo was great. Hot tub very close. Free shuttle access was great to the village. We hardly drove anywhere. Next time, we could just get a shuttle from YVR and save money on rental car. This is a great place to stay.

Great week at Painted Cliff #28
We had a wonderful stay at unit 28. Fabulous ski in/out location, nicely appointed unit , kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook in-house and friendly staff at check in and out. Only negatives are tiny parking spaces in underground parking and very cheap linens on beds!
