Sleeping arrangements
The townhouse accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 6 beds. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted bathtub and overhead shower. Bedroom 2 has two low twin bunk beds suited for children. A second bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity, offering added convenience for your group.
Outdoor living
Step onto the private deck to take in the cool mountain air and views of the surrounding garden area. The BBQ grill is available year-round. Within the complex, a hot tub provides a welcome place to unwind and warm up after time in the snow.
Ski access & location
Positioned along Blackcomb Mountain’s Merlin’s Run, the townhouse offers ski access from the Painted Cliff complex when conditions allow, typically from late December through March. A short walk connects you to the run leading toward the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair, allowing you to move between home and mountain without getting in the car.

The home includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace, in-suite laundry with washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, and a private entrance. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival seamless. Additional features include a free parking garage on premises, kitchen, indoor fireplace, and essential home safety features such as smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Stairs. You are required to climb stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
