Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted bathtub and overhead shower. Bedroom 2 features two low twin bunk beds suitable for children, creating a family-friendly layout. A sofabed in the living room brings total sleeping capacity to six guests. A second bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.
Outdoor living
Step onto the private deck to experience crisp winter air and a quiet view of the surrounding trees. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ offer year-round use, while access to a communal hot tub adds a welcome place to unwind after skiing or exploring the mountain.
Ski access & surroundings
Positioned near Blackcomb Mountain's Merlin's Run, the townhouse offers ski access from the Painted Cliff complex when conditions allow. A one-minute walk connects you to Merlin's Run, providing access to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access is typically available from late December through March, keeping you close to Whistler's winter activity while offering a peaceful home base.
Conveniences & amenities
High-speed wifi, a dedicated workspace, and laundry support both short and extended stays. A mudroom-style entry helps keep gear organized, and secure underground parking for one vehicle is included, with limited guest parking available. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, bathroom essentials, heating, portable fans, a fire extinguisher, and safety alarms add comfort and ease throughout your stay. A smart lock and private entrance simplify arrival and provide added convenience.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Stairs. You are required to climb stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
