Snow settles quietly across the evergreens as you make your way back from the mountain, boots dusted and cheeks flushed from the alpine air. Inside, the indoor fireplace casts a steady glow, warming the open living space while large picture windows frame the stillness of the Benchlands. Mornings begin slowly with coffee at the dining table as winter light filters in, and evenings wind down with the calm that follows a full day on Blackcomb.

Sleeping arrangements
This single-level townhouse sleeps up to four guests across two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a small TV, offering a relaxed setting to settle in at night. The second sleeping area is designed as a den - without an external window - and provides a private twin bunk bed setup. The upgraded bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower and bathroom essentials, with an additional bathtub available for soaking after a day on the slopes. In-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer winter stays.

Living spaces
The open-concept living and dining area serves as the heart of the home. Gather beside the indoor fireplace as snow falls outside or stream a favorite show on the TV. The dining table seats four comfortably, creating an inviting place for shared meals, board games, or planning the next day’s ski routes. Heating and portable fans help maintain comfort throughout the season, while a dedicated workspace and wifi make it easy to stay connected when needed.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts before the lifts to hearty dinners after a full day outdoors. With its seamless connection to the dining area, conversation flows easily from stovetop to table, keeping everyone together at the end of the day.

Outdoor living & facilities
Ski access to Merlin’s Run allows you to transition easily between home and mountain. After skiing, unwind in the shared hot tub within the complex or step onto the patio with outdoor furniture to take in the crisp winter air. A mudroom area helps keep gear organized, and the private entrance ensures easy comings and goings. Free parking garage on premises simplifies arrival and departure, and self check-in via lockbox offers flexibility.

Neighborhood
Located in the Benchlands, the townhouse sits close to the 10-person Blackcomb Gondola and the Magic Chair. The free village shuttle is just a one-minute walk away, making it simple to reach Whistler Village for dining, shops, and après-ski.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighbourhood

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

Getting Around

• 1-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run
• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store
• 7-minute walk to Upper Village
• 15-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course
• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill

• No window in the den. Please note there is no window in the den bunk room
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Location location location
This was an amazing two bedroom easy walk out to Ski location… if going to town the bus is right out front of the door and saves you from a steep hike up the slopes at night. The hot tub is huge and has changing/bathrooms. The place was very comfortable for 3 guys getting the last chance to ski. It would be ideal for two couples or a family of 5 or less.

Excellent Location and Amenities
The condo was an in excellent location and only a few feet from a run that took you directly to a gondola. Check in and check out we’re very easy. The condo had everything we needed and was in excellent condition.

Simply wonderful
This unit is in a stellar locations, just steps from the slopes and nice and close to the hot tub! The only thing to note is that the bathroom has dim lighting (only an issue if you're trying to apply makeup). Otherwise 10 out of 10, would stay again.

Very nice ski-in, ski out condo
We really enjoyed this condo and would stay there again. The kitchen was really well organized and provisioned, and we cooked dinner every night. Our only recommendation is to put better directions to the unit, because it wasn't easy to find coming from the parking garage.

Good value for money
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean, comfortable, cozy and conveniently located to the village. Overall, it was in good condition, but the lighting wasn\'t ideal - a little dark in the main bedroom and bathroom. That said, there are big windows, so it was nice and bright in the daytime. We would stay again and recommend the place to friends. Good value for money.

Absolutely loved staying here. 30 seconds from Blackcomb, its perfect for a family of four. Has all the space you need and is really well equipped if you like to cook at home. We will definitely be back, its a total gem! The staff at Whistler Platinum are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Awesome!

Ski in, ski out; it's a dream location. The mountain is literally right out the front door (so if you have a new skier, keep that in mind ... they'll need to ski down to get to the lift the first time!) Loved the location. Loved the hot tub being so close to the house. Easily slept our small family and was so comfortable and cozy.

Excellent Family Ski Trip...Whistler never disappoints
This was our fifth annual trip to Whistler where we’ve always stayed in the Benchlands area Blackcomb side. This area affords a little more peace and quiet as well as ski in/out access from several developments including this one. This year’s stay was fantastic and the accommodations were great. The set up/space was perfect for our family of four. The location couldn’t have been better, literally steps to the slope. It was clean and prepared for our arrival and Whistler Platinum makes it all pretty easy. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t have stayed longer. Thank you!

Great cozy space for family of four ski trip
50 foot walk to ski slope. Handy washer and dryer. Practical kitchen- we cooked in several nights. Kitchen floor is heated-yum! Bedding is cozy. Super easy to walk out to bus stop for free shuttle to village. Bunkbed room is small- would not recommend for 4 adults but for family with two kids it was fine. Bring your own bluetooth speaker if you want music, and screen if you want to stream. TV's show cable only. Windows in LR look out at path between units so need to close blinds if you want privacy. We would stay there again.

excellent stay
The unit was spotless, the photos are not up to date! it has been recently updated, everything new, spotless and beautifully decorated, the concierge service was always there. Excellent location 30meters to skii run and 130 to free shuttle

Great Cosy Apartment
The only thing was that there was only one bathroom. If it was a party of 4 or more, it would be a little inconvenient. Great that it is ski in ski out and good kitchen. There was only one key to the main door so Can be quite inconvenient.

Ski vacation, easy access to slope, very nice ski in ski out location. Sleeps 4 comfortably, nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Very quiet area. Hot tub was a plus, heated parking. We hand one in our group that needed rent skis and equipment, was able to walk next door to the hotel and get rentals . Very nice , clean condo.
