Sleeping arrangements
Painted Cliff 35 sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, step-out balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination. On the main level, the secondary bedroom offers a king split bed that can be configured as one king or two twins, with access to a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom also includes a king split bed, along with a closet, dresser, and cable TV.
Kitchen & dining
The open-concept main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table seats six guests comfortably, making it easy to share dinners together before settling back into the living room for a quiet evening indoors. Basic kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided for convenience.
Outdoor living
Step onto the private deck and take in the mountain backdrop from the outdoor seating area. A BBQ is available for guests, and the shared hot tub within the complex offers a relaxing soak after time on the slopes or trails. A private entrance makes arrivals simple, with self check-in available via keypad.
Ski access
When weather permits, seasonal ski-in/ski-out access is a short walk from the door. A brief stroll along the complex driveway connects you to Merlin’s Run, providing an easy route toward the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair.
Amenities and conveniences
The home includes in-unit washer and dryer, and secure underground parking for one vehicle, with limited additional guest parking on a first come, first serve basis. Bike storage is available in the underground garage. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.

Set in Whistler’s Benchlands, this townhome surrounds you with mountain views, seasonal ski access, and inviting spaces to return to after each day in the alpine.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
