Sleeping arrangements
Painted Cliff 35 offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms across two levels, providing comfortable space for up to six guests.
The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a step-out balcony. An ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub-shower combination.
On the main level, the secondary bedroom includes a king split bed that can be configured as one king or two twins and sits near a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom also features a king split bed along with a closet, dresser, and TV.
Living area
The main living area brings everyone together after a day outdoors. Large windows frame mountain views and fill the space with natural light, while the indoor fireplace creates a cozy setting during colder months. Comfortable seating and a TV make it easy to unwind, share stories from the day, or settle in for a relaxed evening.
Outdoor living
Step outside to your private deck to take in the alpine surroundings. Outdoor seating and a BBQ provide space to gather, enjoy the fresh mountain air, or watch the landscape shift as the day winds down. Guests also have access to a shared hot tub within the complex, offering a soothing soak after time on the slopes.
Kitchen & dining
The open-concept main level includes a kitchen equipped for preparing meals during your stay. Whether you’re starting the morning with coffee before heading out or gathering for dinner after a full day in the mountains, the dining table seats six comfortably for shared meals and conversation.
Ski access
When snow conditions allow, ski access is just a short walk from the home. A brief stroll along the complex driveway leads to Merlin’s Run, a Green Line trail that connects to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access is seasonal and typically available from late December through March.
Amenities & conveniences
The home includes Wifi, an indoor fireplace, heating, and portable fans for comfort during your stay. Laundry is easy with a washer and dryer in the unit, and a safe is available for storing personal items. Guests can also use the dedicated workspace if remote work is needed during the visit.
Self check-in is available via keypad for a smooth arrival. One vehicle can park in the free parking garage on premises, and additional guest parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Bike storage is also available in the underground garage.
Located in the Benchlands neighborhood, this townhome offers a comfortable base for enjoying Whistler’s mountain scenery and seasonal activities.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

• 2-minute walk to the Free Upper Village Shuttle #5 - exit the Painted Cliff complex, cross the road, and the shuttle stop is on your right-hand side, bringing you to both mountain bases and Whistler Village
Other Things To Note
• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
