On the main level, one bedroom includes a queen Murphy bed, TV, and workspace, while the third offers a king split bed, TV, and generous storage. A second bathroom with a single vanity and a spacious glass-enclosed double shower serves the main floor.

Winter access & amenities
Located on Blackcomb’s Merlin’s Run, ski access is available when conditions permit, typically from late December through March. The Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair are a short walk away, making it easy to start your day on the mountain. After skiing, guests can relax in the shared hot tub within the complex. The home also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, TV, and essential home safety features. A private entrance, self check-in with a smart lock, and free parking garage on premises for one vehicle add convenience, while the pet-friendly policy welcomes four-legged companions.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Painted Cliff complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
